I have been a patient of Dr. Krotenberg for almost ten years. I suffer from OCD, depression and anxiety and he has helped me to manage these issues. He is compassionate, caring and listens to everything I have to say during appointments. He is clearly extremely knowledgeable in psychiatry. Wonderful Doctor!

Dr. Krotenberg has been my doctor for many years. His office is a warm and inviting safe haven for those of us who suffer with vulnerable, challenging conditions. He has been able to help me navigate through tough times when other doctors have failed. A special person named Patty runs his front office and is always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I always look forward to a quick chat with her before my appointment. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, experienced and compassionate caregiver.

Throughout my life, I have consulted with many doctors, but not many as honorable, hard working and professional as Dr. Jeffrey Krotenberg of Lake Mary, Florida. While modern society sometimes portrays such a derogatory and negative image of medical professionals, it has been quite refreshing to interact with someone like Dr. Krotenberg and his team, Patty and Lisa. His enthusiasm, integrity and unselfish commitment to his patients has been a great inspiration to me. So please accept this letter as a display of my gratitude for his untiring efforts and guidance.

I love Dr Krotenburg and his staff! He is warm, kind and very respectful! He treats you with dignity and never rushes you. His office staff is lovely to work with too! I wish I had found him years ago as I have had some demeaning and disrespectful treatment from other psychiatrists. He’s the best doctor I’ve ever been to because he’s a good listener and treats you as a valuable member of your healing journey!

I will say, Dr. Krotenberg is a great psychiatrist. It’s his staff that is insensitive and down right rude. His secretary is the reason I will never go back. It’s such a shame. If you want to be laughed at and hung up on, go ahead and give them a call.
