Dr Sinclair was wonderful. My procedure was coded incorrectly when submitted to my insurance and it has been a nightmare trying to get it corrected with billing. It should of been a preventative colonoscopy covered at 100% but instead I have a $1k past due bill. They do not call you back despite saying they will have someone call you. I have called almost weekly for months with no specific update on what's being done. It's really unfortunate because I really liked Dr Sinclair.

What an amazing doctor...she listens to everything you say. Shes a cheerful MD. My concern is waiting from Jan appt in office to having a procedure in May...worried if there is something serious going on its a long wait for a diagnosis. She is a very busy doctor which means she's good. Took me 4 months to get in to see her. I'm glad my PCP recommended her.

Dr. Sinclair's office just called to cancel my colonoscopy appointment that had been set three months ago. The reason given? They've just opened a new surgery center in Orange City so are only taking patients with one insurance company. I was given no recourse or referral.

I Thank the staff & Doc Sinclair for their promptness & courtesy es of this delicate matter. Even though its life changing news they handle & delivery was excellent. Moving on to the next step & providing me with the care I need will be challenging they have made me ready for it. Thanks again.👍

Love Dr Sinclair. She truly listens and takes her time with me at each appt even if it’s a tele-health appt. I never feel rushed with her.
