Jesse Johnson's Online Review Report Card

My grandmother trusted this doctor and had been seeing him for years. She was healthy and active. She came to him complaining of migraines which she never had before for 2 weeks instead of sending her for imaging of her brain or a neurologist he was more concerned to give her a chest Xray to check if it were Covid… well my grandma was having a stroke and passed away… the ER doctor couldn’t figure out why her PCP would do a chest Xray and not check her head… thank you

If you dont have Covid Dr. Jesse Johnson doesnt care what is killing you.

I never had a chance to see Dr. Johnson because his staff canceled my appointment 6 days before I was to see him even though I made the appointment 7 weeks ago and completed extensive new patient paperwork. The office coordinator said hes not accepting new patients and blamed the mishap on a new employee. And yet Aetna referred him to me and all web site references including this one say hes accepting new patients. The medical office staff is a reflection of the doctor himself hence my low rating.

I called in January 2021 to become a new patient of Dr. Johnson and was given my first appointment for April 14 three months in the future. I got a call from his office today April 8 a week before my appointment to tell me my appointment has been cancelled because Dr. Johnson is not taking new patients. On one hand I am upset but I am also fortunate that I will not become a patient of such a poorly run practice.

They let us make a an appointment and we hired special expensive transportation for him. Only to be told he was dropped as a patient because he cant get around for blood tests etc.i said why did you make the appointment then? I got no answer. Why did they make the appointment and make me pay all that money for medical transportation?? So the old feeble people and mentally Ill who cant do things get dropped. Good riddance Johnson and michelle. Bye bye and bye.nsync quote.dont get old in florida nobody will help and I mean real old. He was also a patient for over a decade. Just keep going to the hospital this place is a joke.

Dr. Johnson has taken care of our family for over 20 years and he has always handled our health issues with extreme care and brilliant diagnosis. He and his staff are one of a kind and we depend on him to not only treat our condition but also explain to us the underlying factors and how we can improve our health. He is a brilliant physician and any review that says otherwise is just wants to complain or is misinformed. The Lake Mary community should be grateful to have him and his team taking care of their health. Thank you Dr. Johnson for all the things you have done over the years to kept us healthy. Not sure about their ability to provide medical care because they failed to keep my scheduled appointment. I showed up with my appointment confirmation and was told that they cancelled because theyre not accepting new patients. Then how did I make this appointment? Apparently their system wasnt uptodate. They never notified me or confirmed that I was aware of this cancellation. This complaint falls in line with many other reviews left here. It seems that the office administration is seriously lacking. Patients are wasting valuable time effort and resources only to be turned away with no help. This office did not seem to care at all that they just dismissed someone that is actively seeking medical care. This is sad.

He has been my primary physician for30 years and has honest and concerned as well as caring.

I was pleased with the new protocols that are in place because of the Covid. I felt safe during the entire visit. The staff and Dr. Johnson have stepped up to meet the challenge.

Dr Johnson is soft spoken yet very professional. Great doctor. Makes you feel like you are with a friend. Takes all the time necessary to listen to you and help. If a specialist is required He gets you set up immediately with them.
