We have never been to such an unorganized office. My daughter went in today for a simple TB reading and what a cluster. The nurses' were very unprofessional and it seemed like no one knew what the other was doing. I have been in the healthcare field for over 20 years and have never been to an office like this before. I work for AdventHealth and I'm ashamed to say that this is an AdventHealth facility. We are much better than this. We will certainly not be back to this office. What a shame!

I've been going to Dr. Soh for many years now. She is a conscientious doctor who listens to you by giving you her undivided attention. I feel comfortable talking to her about any of my health problems, no matter how personal. She's given me great referrals when needed. I have really bonded with her and feel very lucky to have her for my doctor.

Absolutely love Dr. Soh-Urbano. I have been seeing her for over 12 years. My husband and son also see her now and I recommend her to everyone who needs a doctor. She listens and always tries to find the proper solution to your problem. She is not intimidated by patients that want to be proactive in their health care.

Dr. Soh has been my primary care doctor for over 20 years. She is the most caring doctor I 've ever had. If the law would allow, I would see her for all my medical conditions. No "canned speeches"; she really talks to you and more importantly, she listens!

I have been seeing Dr. Soh for 24 years now. She has always been responsive in my times of need. She really takes the time to listen and is quick to refer to specialists when it is needed. She has gone out of her way many times to help correct situations which may have arisen with insurance or the pharmacy. Although she is my doctor, I also consider her to be a friend. I highly recommend her if you are searching for a primary care doctor.

My husband and I had been seeing Dr Urbano for almost 20 yrs,,,she is an awesome and very compassionate doctor....my husband is very sick and have lots of paper work (Insurance) to fill out to qualify for some of his needs ... Dr Urbano and her staff are so accommodating even though it takes lots of their time. We are very lucky to have found her.

I was lucky to have Dr. Soh as my primary care Dr. For many years, until I moved away. She is very smart, and so easy to talk to. She doesn't prescribe meds unless it's necessary , which I prefer. And when you need meds, she is accurate and you never go without. As a pre diabetic, having my necessary medication was essential for me, and I never went without. She is warm and genuine, and truly does care about returning you to good health. I hope to one day find another Dr. Soh, but it maybe impossible. Lake Mary is lucky to have her there practicing. Meet her just once, and you'll feel like you are in the best care imaginable.
