Bad, I've never met a more incompetent and unprofessional doctor. She is rude and frankly, I'm unsure if she should be allowed to practice. She has been no help, and her staff made me spend a lot of money on visits just to say they couldn't do anything for me. Her staff forgot to read the paperwork which caused a lot of issues at my workplace. Don't waste your time. Find a GI that doesn't just want your money

Since the beginning of my visits things have felt a little off. I was constantly being interrupted while I was speaking and belittled about my conditions. I've been working with them for months to figure out my ADA accommodations, but there was always something wrong. I asked them to call me before sending them over which they said they would, but I never received the call. I heard from my job that they received the paperwork but it was confusing so they sent it back. Two weeks of calling and being told she's not there or she's busy and I'll get a call back. I did not hear from them until after my job received the paperwork once again, this time completely contradictory. I called to try and work it out but was told I needed to schedule an appointment to further speak about the accommodations. Upon my arrival to the office I met with the Kalyani who went over some of the medications and regimens they had previously put me on that did not work. As she started to leave I asked about the paperwork and she had no idea what I was talking about. The lady working on my accommodations said she had to speak with her but clearly never did. Once I got to speak with her I was informed that they cannot work with ADA paperwork only FLMA. The absolute incompetence it takes to look over the fact that it was ADA paperwork, not FLMA paperwork, for months is ridiculous. The only reason I went in was to speak about the ADA accommodations but I was still charged the $45 copay. Upon returning to point this out and ask why they didn't tell me before I came in and paid they said they found out the night before. Okay, you had that night and the whole morning of the appointment to call me and tell me. When I told her the only reason I came in was for the accommodations she told me "No, you came in to go over some different regimens and see what we can do for you." I responded by informing her that the only reason I came was because the lady I spoke to on the phone said that I couldn't ask any more questions and to further the accommodations I needed to come in. She kept telling me no this is not the reason why I came in and cutting me off to tell me that I was wrong. I have every confidence that I am not wrong and they can pull the call logs, I know they're recorded lines. Rightfully, I was upset, but regrettably I raised my voice a little to cut her off so she would stop cutting me off and listen. After I immediately said "I'm so sorry I didn't mean to raise my voice" and she kicked me out of the office. I shouldn't have to fight to be heard by my doctor, and to stop her get interrupting me.

She is a kind, compassionate doctor. Has a great deal of experience. Would highly recommend.

She has been my doctor for over 10 years. She is kind, professional and compassionate. I’m going to have my 3rd colonoscopy with her (I get them every 5years) and know that I am in good hands.

Dr Gadipaddi is an excellent physician. My husband went to her for a GI issue. Was scheduled for a colonoscopy May 5. We were called May 2 and told his colonoscopy was cancelled and could not be rescheduled until July 14th. So much for concern for patient!! I talked with the office manager and was told this was how they operated. Because he was cancelled he moved to the bottom of the scheduling list. Doesn’t seem logical or right.

Dr Gaddipati, her office staff, surgery center staff were 5 star. Kept me informed, professional and everyone had a great bedside manner. Dr Gaddipati was easy to talk to, wonderful bedside manner, and made the entire process easy. I would highly recommend her, office and surgery center.

I would definately recommend Dr. Kalyani Gaddipati for procedures. I found her to be very pleasant and knowledgable. The staff is very professional and courteous. I had a very personable experience not at all feeling like a number or a factory rotation. My experience was smooth and successful.
