Always thorough and great customer support

Excellent Doctor!

I have searched for years for a doctor who actually listens to me and doesn't just immediately jump at the most low hanging fruit of BS reasons to give me for what's going on didn't give me unnecessary tests or overcharge me or my insurance for that matter but the doctor actually took time to get to know me has been encouraging through my weight loss journey through my health issues and brought me back from the brink of death and if more doctors were like this man then our health system would be much better off this is a doctor who truly cares about the patient that he deals with I'm a heavier guy and rather than defaulting to whatever other doctor wanted to default to which is you need to lose weight he understood I was already in the process of trying to lose weight I knew I needed to lose weight so we took a look at other things to help facilitate that happening proper blood work checks being done proper medications to help deal with some of the symptoms of what I was handling so that I could focus on my weight loss helping me reach a level of Independence again that I haven't had for a very long time under this Doctors Care I went from almost 600 pounds down over 200 he listens he cares he encourages and he forms a bond with you where you two are addressing your health issues as a team not just oh you're here for your yearly check up do the BS vitals oh okay we'll renew your prescription no really spend time getting to know you and what your needs will be and what things to check for you and is honest about what needs to be done what needs to be taken seriously and what will alleviate itself in order to by achieving certain goals like I said I wish that more doctors were like Dr mongolia's however most of them are not most of them are waste of time and they don't listen I wish that he could teach the rest of the medical community how to interact with patients because it's phenomenal I suggest him to everyone that I go to my wife is going to him now my children when they're old enough and if he's still practicing we'll go to him anybody that I can send I will send there because this man is worth every moment of time that you spend he helps you get better and he encourages you along which if you don't know much about Extreme Weight Loss Journeys one of the hardest things to do is stay motivated and he has kept me motivated over these years he has kept me engaged he cares the office responds when you ask messages and not just a timely manner but quickly if there's something that you need if there's if there's a medication you require you can simply call them and you don't necessarily always have to come into the office if you need a refill it's Johnny on the spot done that day it does not take forever for them to give a response they they go to bat for you with your insurance company with prior authorization crap this is stuff you don't see it every doctor's office so if you want a good doctor you want a doctor who cares about you and you live in the central Florida area I suggest you come here
