During this experience Dr. Roque was very combative and talked mostly about himself instead of listening to the patient. He contracticted his own statements by claiming it CANNOT be one option because the test was negative but was determined it was his own diagnosis based on HIS own experiences even though that test was negative as well. Comments were very arrogant and insulting to the patient. I do not recommend this doctor if you want someone to help you instead of saying “I don’t know what you want me to tell you.”

Dr. Roque is wonderful. We had a great experience with him. He is very thorough and took the time to talk to other specialist to help figure out what is wrong with my daughter. He even took it upon himself to get me an appointment with the new specialist we needed to see. He called me to follow up and see how my daughter was doing. In healthcare it us hard to find doctors that all talk to each other and come up with a plan together and Dr. Roque facilitated that for us. I am so grateful 🙏. I highly recommend him.

I have been going here for 3 years. Most of the staff could care less about your kids and will not help you at all on the phone. They also gave my son a vaccine that we did not authorize. Do not expect to speak to someone on the phone about anything other than setting up an appointment. After giving my son a vaccine that we did not authorize, the nurse just casually dismissed it as if it was no big deal. This is the most uncaring staff I have ever seen and I can't believe it took this long to leave. When our kids became ill, they would not even talk to you on the phone and would only setup an appointment. After conducting a checkup, they concluded nothing, did not advise us on what to do other than go home and come back if they are still sick after several days for another billable checkup. My daughter has been sick for months and they have yet to conclude anything, prescribe anything, and do anything other than have us stop by again for another $100+ visit every couple weeks.
