I recommend this place.. I went as a walk in for a severe pain in my throat and they treat me immediately, provided prescription and symptoms went away right away. Very nice staff, all organized and clean place! 👏

There is a reason there is never a line, it's a joke. Even though the place was empty, I still waited 20 minutes to see the PA (not a nurse, just a girl with a community college degree), then another wait to see a Nurse Practitioner. I'm not sure there is a single doctor there. I've had a cough and no voice for 5 weeks, so they give me a z-pack and something for the cough. I went through all that so I called them and they refused to give any refills and just wanted another $150 for a different non-doctor to see me. If they can't diagnose a cough correctly the first time, why go back? There are plenty of other clinic options in the area, I strongly suggest using any other than MD Now. Thinking back, MD Now should be renamed "MD Somewhere" because you won't be seen by one. Brian G, go ahead and "follow up". You have my name, so you can pull up the case by that. You can also get my phone # and email and contact me, if you want. Why would you even have the gall to give me instructions and make ME do extra work to fix YOUR clinic?

I came in with no pre appointment, expecting the worst. I was greeted with a smile. The attendant helped me get registered quickly. I only had to wait a few minutes. The nurse was very friendly. I was a pleasure to get a test done:

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They don’t discriminate on how you look or dress even though they’re in Lake Mary LoL I have come here a few times now and it’s my go-to urgent care.
