The 2 pediatricians for my son, are no longer there. I've had to use Dr. Madden and he is great. I've been trying to get an appointment for 2 days and wait 30 minutes at a time to connect with someone and never get anyone because I have to go (you k now I have a job on top of being a mom). I try My Chart and no success. I'm about to go somewhere else. Orlando Health admin, this problem needs to be rectified IMMEDIATELY! I've literally been on hold for 30 minutes with nobody picking up. Since this office moved from Physician Associates to Orlando Health the service to see a Dr. is reprehensible. Otherwise I would give 5 stars for the DR. for sure!

My child’s lack of growth was missed for years. Happy we found another doctor before it was too late.

Dr. Madden is a fairly good pediatrician & I would recommend him to friends & family. But be aware of his supporting nurse & administrative staff. Dealing with them ALONE would make you feel like you are a burden to them & they are rude. They act as if they don't enjoy what they do & give patients attitude in return. If it wasn't for Dr. Madden - I would send my child elsewhere for health check ups.

I am sitting here in tears after this office & this doctor has seen my son for 10 years. I received a certified letter 3 months after the apparently made the decision to no longer see him via certified mail. How insensitive of this establishment. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!! I have had many issues with this office but I stuck with them because of my son's different medical issues. Love Dr. Madden. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to relate to boys. Both my boys have been seeing him for around 8 years. My oldest just turned 18 and I will miss having him go there!

I was very pleased with Dr Madden. He is a very kind doctor. He is very persoable. He doesn't treat you bad or differently because of your insurance plan you are on or lack there of.I would highly recommend Dr Madden any day, especially over most peds in the area!!

I have been taking my children to Dr. Madden for 15 years! He will NOT over prescribe medication and takes time to evaluate the situation that brought you to the office!I highly recommend Dr. Madden and would NOT take my children anywhere else!

Dr. Madden is a wonderful doctor. I recently brought my infant to see him when we were on vacation in Florida. The other pediatricians in the area refused to see my son bc we were from out of state, but Dr. Madden was glad to see him and right away. Dr. Madden explained everything very well to me and had a wonderful, kind way with my baby. Excellent doctor! Highly recommend and we will visit again if needed when in Florida.

Dr. Madden has served our family for 9 years. He is a wonderful doctor, and a positive christian who loves his job, and loves the kids. I have rated him and his office based on years of interaction with them. Dr. Madden strives to make his practice top notch. Many thanks to him!
