I am not sure how to rate them because nothing was done but ordering tests. I saw the PA and I thought she was very through. She told me to go up front and they would schedule the tests. The girl scheduled the test for October and we were in August. I went for shortness of breath and because nothing was done to help me at the time of the appointment I guess I will have to wait or go to hospital or a other xr

All of my appointments have been covered by the VA due to locality. I constantly had problems with them not "receiving" the authorization. They would not notify me until I arrived for my appointment. VACCN has sent a new authorization for treatment since they have not treated my initial issue fro November 2020.

If there was anything below zero, I. would keep dropping this rating even lower. My family and anyone who is needing any medical attention from this caridologist should find a new one. Not one who is worried more about his phone than the in patient paying to visit a (professional) doctor. The scheduling staff on the other hand are very acommendating.

Every time we have an appointment, the waiting room is PACKED- even during Covid! We have waited an hour past our appointment time. I have seen people leave in disgust!
