Dr Ratan Abuja is cautious and thorough, all staffs were kind and they keep track of you. I recommend Dr for his great service

Every time I call and leave a message no one calls me back it is so frustrating and when someone answers the phone it appears that I’m bothering them to answer your question I’m talking about my heart not my foot I went there today for 11 o’clock appointment and was informed that I was not put on the list and I didn’t have a referral it was expired so the woman who took all his information yesterday why didn’t you check that so now I have to go tomorrowI went to the ER a couple of days ago and they told me to do yoga walking I have COPD with oxygen I could see me doing yoga what is wrong with these people oh well you have to advocate for yourself otherwise most of these doctors will just say oh well

This review is for Ratan Ahuja, the cardiologist. We waited two hours before seeing anyone. The front office, staff, and especially Prabha, NOT friendly at all. If it wasn't for Debbie the NP, I don't think we would continue to be there. If you need a pulmonologist, go next door and see Dr. Karuna Ahuja. Great friendly staff. She is so compassionate and caring. I will tell all my friends about Dr. Karuna Ahuja and tell them to stay away from Dr. Ratan Ahuja.

Been a patient for 10+ years and still receiving excellent service

Every time we have an appointment, the waiting room is PACKED- even during Covid! We have waited an hour past our appointment time. I have seen people leave in disgust!

Dr. Ratan Ahuja never disappoints. He's always providing the best experience for me and my husband. I have been coming to this office for years and I'm greeted with a smile every time I come in. If you're looking for a cardiologist he is the best way to go!! 10/10

The new Orange City office is a major improvement and much more comfortable than the old. Wait times seem less and definitely more comfortable. These small but vital issues are crucial in eliminating stress, especially for heart patients. I am not an easy person to develop a trust due to my PTSD after military service. Dr. Ahuja always makes me comfortable, explains things clearly, and answers my questions. I feel comfortable and confident in his care. Dr. Ahuja’s staff is accommodating, and I wish to give a little extra recognition to Ms. Prabha (? spelling) at the front counter for her added attention to challenges when organizing appointments and resolving administrative issues. Also, Jennifer for her outstanding ability as a technician and keeping me in my happy place.
