I have a busted vein in my leg and I went to dr. Bragg for treatment. They charged me for the visit and all he did was a ultrasound and clearly you can see there is a blood vessel leaking inside my skin to the point there is a scar forming and I'm in pain. He gave me no hope no treatment options and just sent me home. Now the scar has opened even more and I'm still in pain.

Excellent doctor. Explained my procedure well and was extremely kind and professional. He checks in with me and ensures I don't have unanswered questions. I'm very happy with how my procedure went! I would highly recommend him and his friendly staff.

Dr Braggs does great filler! I gave acne scars and he is an expert at filling them in! Extremely talented!

I went to the office for a consultation and felt comfortable with Dr. BRAGG. So I decided to make an appt.I was told I needed to leave a deposit and it would be included with the actual price when I returned to have my procedure.I had to cancel my appt as my mother passed but I did call 24 hrs prior.I went to have my procedure and realized it was also a weight loss clinic as I saw many women buying supplements.I was brought into a room with a lady that was going to do the procedure. I was not asked to pay up front which I found to be different but just let it pass.The whole time I was having my legs injected, the lady kep telling me about all these products I should buy for my legs. She then told me I needed compreason stockings. I told her I had my legs done before and I was never told that. She measured my legs came back in the room and proceeded to put on the stockings. She did everything so fast I couldn't figure out what she was going to do next.When I went to pay my bill, they told me I owed $485.00. My procedure was supposed to be 300.00 . The receptionist told me the stockings were 60.00 and the price had gone up for the procedure. I then asked about my deposit and was told that a girl named Susie had pulled my deposit without any other explanation. I told her I wanted to speak to someone else and she kept telling me I had to speak with Susie. She could not do anything for me. As I was standing there, many women were coming out of rooms with supplements that were suggested for them.This office is nothing but a sales office. I never did hear from Susie as I knew I wouldnt. So they lost a good customer for a lousy 50.00. It wasn't the money, it was the disrespect and how they manipulated me.Also, I wore the socks and they kept falling down to my knees. I am sure that DR. BRAGGHas to be aware of the sales techniques in this office.So ladies, make sure you ask many questions about their policies and procedures before you make an appt. I spend a lot of money to make sure my face and body look good at all times . This would be like I make an appt to have a face lift, then when we leave they charge for the facial mask and tell me my deposit was no longer included in the price.I am going to let every receptionist in every spa, nail salon, dermatologist and plastic surgeon in Dr. Phillips and Winter Park know so that they can advise their patients where not to go for any leg procedures. Word does spread fast in this world of beauty salons.We always look at all reviews and take them serious.I did notice that nobody had left a review on the website. Shame on me for taking a chance on an office because it was so close to home.

My experience with Dr Braggs office was okay. I hand a procedure done that required two 20 minute or less visits and I am happy with the result. My only hesitation to leave 5 stars is due to the customer service. During my two visits while in the room Dr. Bragg and his nurse or assistant spoke amongst themselves like I wasnt even there they talked about vacations the weekend etc. which was great to see their rapport but Infelt invisible. At the end of my appointment I wasnt even walked out I was told youre all set and had to find my way back to the front on my own. This made me feel like a number not a person. I plan on having additional procedures over time and will not return to Dr. Braggs office for them. Again I am happy with my results however I prefer and expect better customer service and engagement.

Dr. Bragg is the best! I've had several vein procedures and other cosmetic treatments at his practice & he is extremely skilled with a great bed side manner.
