Hands down RMA Florida may be the most professional group my wife and I have come across. They have a level of service beyond anything we could have imagined from start to finish. RMA was our second stop on our fertility journey only because we didn’t want to wait. My biggest regret is we went somewhere else first, so don’t be discouraged by the waitlist, they are worth the wait. Currently in our second trimester patiently waiting for our rainbow baby.

We are forever thankful to Dr. Patounakis and his team at RMA. We were unsure if having children was in the cards for us, and we had a rough experience at a different fertility clinic before finding RMA. Dr. Patounakis is meticulous and methodical in his approach. From day one, I felt comfortable and hopeful that he could help us. Fast forward to today, I am 38 weeks pregnant, am currently 2cm dilated, and am having contractions! I know we will be meeting our baby boy very soon. 🤗 If you are looking for somewhere that you are not just a number, and every protocol and procedure is customized for your personal journey, look no further! The entire staff and Dr. Patounakis are exceptional. Our experience at RMA has been top-notch. I would not trust anyone else with our fertility care. We have been with Dr. P for years, our journey has been difficult, but the staff and Dr. P has been supportive every step of the way. I've always felt like he was as invested in us having a baby as we were. Dr. P answers all our questions, he's accessible, and supports his reasoning as to why he is or isn't doing something. I have always felt like we were his only patients, that's type of care is hard to find. The staff is amazing and friendly. RMA is a well-oiled machine and have had nothing but a positive experience.

I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for Dr P and the RMA team! Going into a fertility treatment can be stressful and the fear of the unknown was very scary for me. I was recommended to Dr P by my OBGYN and from the moment I walked in to RMA I felt extremely comfortable and my nerves were calmed. Dr P explained everything to me, was there every step of the way, and always had a plan of action if something needed to be changed. His attention to detail, compassion, and commitment to his patients is unprecedented. In addition, his staff is simply the best, very professional, friendly and always made you feel so welcome. Scheduling was never an issue due to their flexible hours and I was always able to get in with my crazy work schedule. It is all thanks to him and the RMA team that we are blessed with the unexpected surprise of twins due this fall. One thousand thank you’s are not enough, we can not begin to express how truly thankful we are!

Even though we did not have success with our 3 IUI treatments, I must say that the staff here are wonderful. We have tried other fertility clinics, and RMA has been the most reliable, straightforward, compassionate, and clean. Dr. P listened to us, educated us, and never treated us like a number. As a nurse, I was impressed by the efficient, systematic approach they had in their office. Of all the times I was there, I was never left to wait more than just a few minutes. They run a tight ship and I will recommend them to anyone in need of fertility treatment.
