I was very impressed with all the professionalism displayed by all the workers at Filutowski Eye Institute. The first thing I noticed was the business ran on time. After I finished my paperwork, I met with Dr. Robert Grossmann for my consultation. He was a no-nonsense guy who got right to the point of why we were sitting across from each other. The doctor's very professional and direct manner was followed up with a very thorough and honest evaluation. He answered all my questions and he did not make me feel rushed. When my appointment was done I felt like I had been examined by one of the best.

Found him to be straight forward and honest. Although my cataracts are dense, he advised me to pay attention while reading and if it became less comfortable that would be the time to consider surgery, otherwise come back next year for an exam. I have been to two cataract surgeons last year and one this January who said immediate surgery was necessary. Does not sound money-motivated to me as some have suggested.

Have been seeing Dr Grossman for over 10 years. He is the best. I can honestly say he saved my eyesight with early detection of retinal detachment and rapid referral to a retinal surgeon the eyesight was saved. I would highly recommend him and his staff
