Amazing team at SAGE, special thank you to Dominique and Hanica. I have been going to Sage Lake Mary for awhile and was putting off some cosmetic work, was a little nervous, also had a change in insurance. Dominique couldn’t have been more helpful, following up and helping numerous time, Hanica helped me through the process, awesome bedside manner, professional and caring. She made it obvious she cared and she did amazing work. 5++++ stars for the team at Sage Lake Mary! I will be a forever patient !

Underwent wisdom teeth extraction at the Lake Mary location on 12/14. Initially, the front desk staff was friendly, but there hurry became noticeable post-procedure. They hurried my awakening process and pressed my driver for a swift departure. While the doctor greeted briefly, a more engaging conversation and efforts to enhance my comfort would have been appreciated.

Amazing service all around, switched dentists a few years ago to Sage of Lake Mary, have had cleanings and other dental work, the office staff is terrific with insurance, communication is great and dental staff is caring and helpful. I would give more stars , 5 isn’t enough!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I am having no issues with my teeth or gums, no pain, no redness, no swelling. I went for an annual exam which they require before scheduling a cleaning and left with a treatment plan that has a $3,208 out of pocket cost!! I have tried to work with them to do only parts of the plan at a time (which I can afford) but they refuse to do anything other than their full plan. They refuse to even clean my teeth because they want me to pay for a deep cleaning ($770!) which my insurance won't cover. Isn't a basic cleaning better than none?!? If I go to a doctor and they want me to have surgery, I get to choose and still get to see that doctor; not so with this dental company. Getting through to them on the phone is hard; they often don't answer and they do not return message of which I have left several since September.
