Hurt myself pretty bad by taking a fall while moving. Went to this ER and best experience I could of had while given the circumstances. Everyone was super friendly and effective from the security guard at the front all the way to the nurses and drs in the back. we were taking immediately back. They immediately jumped into treatment and getting X-rays done my X-ray tech was even great nurses continuously checked on me. Dr Paul Spreitzer came in and actually spent time with me thoroughly going over the results gave me plenty of information on what happened what the future treatment and timeline looks like. Himself and the nurse practitioner sat in the room answering questions I had giving their recommendations and got me out with a referral to a surgeon/orthopedic. Best hospital experience I’ve ever been through in all of Florida. Place was super clean Florida hospitals, doctors offices, and nurses need to model themselves off of this one because they do a great job here. Hope they all get recognized enough for the great hard work that they do

Facility is super clean well organized with fast intake and care. I hope I do not have to go back but if I do this is the ER I want to be cared for. All personnel is amazing from nurses, paramedics and doctors.

I found the team very knowledgeable and caring for my child. From Jeremy, Kirk, Erin, Shelley, Cassidy, Gregory, Dr Spreitzer, Darcy did our Xray. They helped my son understand and definitely left feeling they cared about the future hospital they told me was going to be built here.

Nobody cares at this place. Went to the emergency room and then had to go to advent kissimmee emergency room. Finally got help at advent. Stay far away from Orlando health saint cloud. THEY WILL MESS YOU UP WORSE THAN WHEN YOU WALKED IN. I even reached out to administrators and nothing. Don't take a chance with your care.

Worst hospital I've ever been to. 3 hours after I was brought in finally got an IV. Nurses joked about all patients. Had to beg for water. Never again.

I encountered “ head nurse Greg” here at lake Mary emergency room. He was very rude and abrupt for no reason he definitely made me feel as if my color has something to do with it. Maybe this isn’t the kind of area I should be stopping at the emergency. Every other nurse in the hospital was great. Just my horrible encounter with him being abrupt and not caring makes me never want to return here

We are here on vacation. We had to go to the ER due to urgent care being closed. We walked in the door and from the moment we walked in we were taken very good care of. We were in and out in less than an hour. The staff was very friendly and caring.

Instead of mailing me my bill for the copay, which I would of paid, they sent me to a collections agency (a debt collector). Beware! Crooked billing company. That’s no way to treat patients.

The staff here was so personable. Lovely people. They took excellent care of me. The nurses are skilled, take their time with you and keep you in good spirits. Doctor is very thorough with his explanations and tries to find the root causes of your problem, they won't just toss a pill at you and send you on your way. Labs are fast, procedures are done quickly and accurately. Thank you guys so much!

Today, I had an amazing experience. The staff was so understanding and nice. The Charge Nurse Greg and the nurses, Resp Therapist, x ray tech and Doctor Kevin were so helpful. I left feeling so much better in my health and having met each staff member today. I highly recommend this ER. God bless each one of you for providing such exceptional service.
