They never answer the phone it is almost three months and they said they are fixing the lines and always late to get referral to specialist even the office manager can’t help with anything I have been with them for fifteen years I should look for another family doctor

I called for an appointment because I had a dizzy spell and felt stomach irritable they said to come in I have an appointment. 10 minutes before I get there they tell me I need to go to urgent care not to come in. What are doctors for? This is discrimination against me because I had a dizzy spell and stomach irritability Office never answers the phone either.Took me 3 weeks to call and schedule appointment. The dr is hardly there. Not happy

Almost impossible to reach by phone. I have been a patient for almost 19 years and I am searching for a new doctor who is accessible.

Dr. Gohill is an outstanding professional and individual at all levels. She is very knowledgeable. I have been going to this facility for over a decade and held a lot of respect for the previous Dr. After my first visit with Dr. Gohill she found a small issue in my yearly wellness checkup that had been missed prior to her coming on board. This could have been an issue down the road had it been left alone and untreated.As a Special Operations Veteran I was extremely happy and thankful for her focus and attention to detail along with her compassion to examine even the little things. She is patient focused and will give you the time you need to understand any issues.Once they get some office personnel to handle the phones up front they will be operating at an Elite level again.

This practice has totally gone downhill. So very disappointing. You can’t get anyone on the phone there’s no option for billing when you call you wait hours for a virtual appointment. Very very very disappointed

would give this clinic a negative rating if I could. Have been trying to get an appointment since the last week and a half. Early morning no one picks up the call by noon they are out for lunch by 330 which is not the time to close for the clinic they redirect calls to the out of office voicemail where the person who picks up tells you to call the next day. Have left several voicemails to call back but they DONT CAREHave not been able to reach out to my primary care to follow up after an urgent care visit too.. and today when finally someone picked up they literally hung up on me midway.. extremely disappointing

She is a great provider. She takes her time and explains at your level.

My parents have been seen by Dr. Gohill for decades. I’m so disappointed in what happened to this practice. You cannot get anyone on the phone you wait for hours for a virtual appointment that’s been scheduled. I understand the challenges during this trying time that someone could answer the phone. There’s not even an option for billing when you call. We’ve been requesting medical records from Dr. Gohill for over a month and no response. Trying to get my father‘s longterm care policy benefits has been almost impossible and that is 100% the fault of Dr. Gohill in their office Not responding to our medical records request. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for two weeks now to provide new insurance information on a bill no callback.

Most horrible client service ever experiences with this practice Do not count on client centric experiences Been with them 20 years and service degrades constantly Be aware don’t do it

Never available and have ridiculous hours cant get through to anyone.seeking another doctor.
