Horrible absolutely horrible. I took my son here since birth and everything I asked was dismissed as “normal” which things where normal buy still needed treatment. My son suffered because of their negligence. I would never refer anyone here.

Dr. Soven was extremely dismissive my poor baby being sick and all was smiling at him and nothing no talk to the baby nothing at all he might as well have been examining the table. He was rough and it’s normal for babies to cry but my son did not stop crying for a basic routine exam. I brought my son in because he been wheezing and when you hug him you can feel the vibration. Dr. Soven was really quick to say it just a cold and sent us home. I was not comfortable and had an Erie feeling about the whole thing. I listen to my guts and took him to another doctor and guess what I was right. My son had a double ear infection and his wheezing was so bad they sent him a nebulizer. Dr. Soven gave a horrible experience and could have made my poor 4 month feel better but decided not to and be extremely negligent.

DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM! NO EMOTION OR AT LEAST JOY OF PRACTICING MEDICINE AND NOT EVEN WITH KIDS.

Unfortunately bedside manner isn’t taught in medical school, nor friendliness of staff a priority. If those 2 things aren’t important to you than this doctors office will do what every other office would do which is prescrip something and tell you to be on your way

Wayne Soven saved my child's life. We were visiting altamonte pediatrics for his quarterly check-up when my son had a violent allergic reaction to a peanut butter bar he was eating. I was irresponsible and stubborn not to check what he was eating, for I was busy checking the cyber Monday deals. I won't make that mistake again. Anyways, my son's throat started swelling shut, and Dr. Soven saw this situation unfolding and immediately rushed to his side. Long story short, he saved my sons life.

Dr. Soven was dismissive to me and my baby. He was rough when completing his examination. My baby generally cries for a few seconds after his shots, but it took at least 45 minutes to calm my baby down after Dr. Soven's examination. I will not allow Dr. Soven to examine my baby again even if it means leaving a practice with which I have been impressed!
