I was charged $25.00 for a no call no show for an appointment they scheduled a year in advance with no prior reminder of the appointment. I called on Friday multiple times and the call kept getting disconnected. I called again today to make my payment and it took 30 + minutes to answer the phone. Finally, I get an answer "Lue" who answered the phone was extremely rude while I was asking to make my $25 payment. She tells me I owe $50 not $25 and will not explain me why. She asked me to call the office. Which again they won't answer. I asked for a supervisor or a manager someone to help me understand why I have a $50 due instead of $25. Instead of transferring me to someone puts me on hold without saying a word and then hanging up the phone after keeping me on hold for an additional 40 minutes. I will NOT recommend this place at all. I will be removing my account completely from this people. I left a voicemail waiting for a callback to make this payment. If I could give a 0 star I would. The only reason I was going with this place was because of the doctor, the service has always been shitty. It's unfortunate.
