Dr is totally forgetful he reads you the results from the wrong blood work yr. He is not a follow up man he has no interest in the patients. constant follow ups for what reason he is even cluless as to why you have a follow up when you get there.

I never even made it into the office because of how disgustingly rude the receptionist was. If she's that rude, I can only imagine what the rest of the establishment is like. Truly unfortunate.

Dr. Marcus is a very good person! Unfortunately his office manager is not! She is extremely rude and does not know how to treat folks! I am hopeful that Dr. Marcus reads this review and takes action because it's giving him a very bad name! I do not know why his office manager Shirley has that type of attitude towards the patients. She does not follow up with the doctors patients I am sorry to say! I will NOT recommend anyone because her people skills are poor!

Office staff is unhelpful and rude. Don't disagree or ask for help here, you just get an argument. The doctor doesn't spend any time with you. Sometimes he forgets to do the basics like listen to your heart and lungs!

Don't waste your time or money. the office personnel are the nastiest I have ever dealt with, bar none. They will not give you a copy of your OWN lab results even if you go in person. it doesn't matter if you paid for them, if it's your own blood or if you show them your social security card. They want you to pay another office visit in order to let you know the results. Never again
