Balmoral Assisted Living's Online Review Report Card

My mom has lived here for 4 years. We are moving her out. I have never seen such turnover in the past three months like I've see now. A new company took over and everyone has left. They also raised my moms rent for January - she also had an increase in May. There is still no administrator, no nurse.... a month ago there was no business office, no chef... My moms friends have moved out also. She is still very active and social so I have to do what's best for her and Balmoral isn't it. I hope they can find a nurse and and administrator soon or they will loose everyone.

I live here. a few of us residents are mad. i do want to remain unknown. they raised my rent $512 a month. the new company ran all the managers off and the staff everyone is sad and wanting to move from here. They staff and managers have been there a long time and ran them all off

My mom has lived here for two years. We have had nothing but great things to say about Balmoral. The staff was always friendly, I always received returned calls in a timely fashion. From my understanding a new company took over in September. The past month or so has been horrible. There is a huge lack of communication. I can’t even get ahold of anyone. My mom told me all the managers left including the administrator. All of her friends are moving out. This is no way to run an assisted living. I just don’t know if I should move her considering her age, but I want her to be happy. She’s not happy here.

When my husband called and said I had better get him out of there really quick I went to pick him up the place stunk the room was full of roaches he was getting nothing but cold food I wouldn't send anybody my worst enemy

Great location, nice ambiance, lots of great activities. My auntie loves it there. The staff is always nice to me when I’m there.I would recommend Balmoral for you loved ones.

What a nice, homey place. I walked in looking for a place for my dad. There was live music and a few residents were dancing. I was met by Natalie and Darlene who took me on a tour. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They made me feel welcome, and made a hard decision smooth. My dad moved in a few weeks ago and I am very happy with the move. It was flawless. Thank you to all the staff for what you do. My dad seems happy and has met new friends.

I love it ! I have been here for a year. I haven't had any complaint so far. I really don't expect one either. We have great food and plenty of entertainment to almost always keep you busy. The staff are always helpful with our needs and answer our questions. I have no cares living here at Balmoral. Come and see what I am saying is so true.

My dad moved in last week. We met with Darlene who has been amazing though the whole process. We live out of state so we wanted to make sure he was in good hands. She was very informative and made us feel welcome. She gave us her cell phone number to call or text her anytime. It's nice to know that my dad is living in a place with staff who really care. My husband and I highly recommend Balmoral to anyone who is looking to place a loved one.Thank you Balmoral for taking amazing care of my dad.

My father has been a resident at Balmoral for 2 years. Its been tough not being able to visit him right now due to Corona Virus but I know it is the safest place for him. We face Time so that's been nice. I want to thank the staff for taking such amazing care of our loved ones.
