I love this Physician!!! This is the first time I ever been to a Dermatologist , what an excellent experience!!! I cannot wait to go back. I had these ugly hanging molds all over my neck. Guess what? On 5/25/2021, I had a 10:10 appointment at this Lake Wales office. I am on Medicare and also have Cigna insurance, Medicare is my primary. I signed in and showed both of my insurance cards. She wouldn't make a copy of my Medicare, I told her it was my primary, she said that Cigna over rides Medicare. She then told me I had a co pay of $20.00, I said I have two insurances' and have never paid a co pay. She then went in the back office to check on this, and came back yes I needed to pay a co pay. I again questioned why, then she went back again and checked with who she said was her supervisor. Yes I needed to pay a co pay, I then asked how do I get this money back, when I don't pay a co pay, away she went again and came back and told me that I needed to wait until open enrolment then go into that site and make changed to the Cigna plan, with this I walked out of the office. It was plain that the office staff had no idea what they were doing. Does this office not take Medicare?
