I miss Dr pass, I used to used go to her until she stopped taking my insurance :( I'm trying to get back to her. She cares about her patience and listens, takes time with you very compassionate. I seen her with a family member today, and it was great to see her!!

I really like Dr.Pass.She is caring and communicates well. I am new to Florida have been here almost 4urs and wish I had found her earlier. My experience with the stagf has been very positive. They respond promptly and have wotked hard to help me with issues obtaining my prescriptions

Dr. Pass was my primary doctor for many years when I lived in Lake Wales, Fl. I highly recommend her, as she is passionate about your medical concerns. A wonderful doctor.

I was a new patient & had an appointment for my yearly health check. They did not explain the procedure for getting the bloodwk. I was never told to go someplace & when to go. All that was told to me was my appt. time. The staff called the night before my appt. asking me if I had my blood wk done? Well I knew nothing about that. She couldnt understand why I did not know & would not listen to me.. I had several calls in the next 2 days only to be treated by the office manager very insulting she said to me"I cant be believe since your 66 that you dont know to go get your blood wk done" . I kept say (yelling ) at that point, HOW do I know WHERE to Go and when? needless to say I will not go to this practice as the staff are very rude & defensive & have no business dealing with the public. This office manager (Missy) also said she would call me that evening and it was 2 days later that she called. I did not answer her call. If you want to be treated with respect do NOT go to this clinic.

I have not personally met this doctor but her office staff have ZERO compassion for their patients .. nothing but excuses AND this doctor misdiagnosed a UTI and Kidney infection , telling him it was a “pulled muscle” when he was running a fever and knew what it was ..their “dropping the ball “ led to my dad getting Sepsis and he is now fighting for his life ...if it were their father . I’m sure they would respond differently...I would never trust my care to this Doctors office !!!

I have seen Dr. Pass twice, once for my disabled brother and for myself. She is caring, listens and takes her time with you. Haven't had that kind of attention from a PCP in years. Worth your time to see her.

She is the best doctor I have ever had in my 65+ years! She listens carefully and answers your questions & makes sure you really understand. She is kind & compassionate &definitely is never condescending. Excellent relationship! Recommended 100%!

I absolutely adore Dr. Pass. She's great at her job, and has a terrific bedside manor! I highly recommend her! ????

Never recommend her .... She practices financial slavery picking the pockets of the poor and sick......not a very good doctor and money motivated..... If your poor this doctor is not for you...
