Extremely long wait times. You can schedule an appointment for a time but you won’t get called back for at least an hour AFTER your scheduled time. Every appointment I’ve had has been that way. Then they don’t even really seem to care about helping you. They’ll throw you on a medication then send you out. You won’t even be in there for more than 20 minutes but will sit in the waiting room for at least an hour. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE
If I could give negative stars I would! I went here because I’ve had a constant headache for 4 months and after prescribing me medication I can’t take, in my next visit I asked what the next plan was cause the medication isn’t an option and his exact response was “well sometimes women just have headaches”…need I say more.
After waiting hours after my appointment time, medication not being called in, prescribed medication I can’t take, I asked what the course action is and his exact words “ well sometimes women just have headaches.” He’s only interested in collecting money and handing out shots.
I will only say, don't.
The office manager and front staff are just rude, they have no compassion for the patients who obviously are in need of care.
All I care about is Dr.Mousli he cared for me for about 3yrs. When he decided to goout on his oen I suffered at the hands of my insurance Humana long as he was affiliated with Lake Wales Hospital he was ok but when he went out on his own they claim it took 2yrs to evaluate him to pick a Dr out of their pool Dr Mousli had my trust you dont wsnt just anyone dealing with your Shots in your neck or spine Had been apatient over 6yrs. Its always chaotic because people that wanted a shot was not schefuled anf just got in the way the staff that took care pf me was always courteous and professional Im looking to get back in they have people just walk in and feel they are privileged and its not sbout race they want it yesterday but just csuse chaos
I have been without my medication for a week now. All because the lady in the office refuses to take care of my prior authorization for the change in mi medication. It was prescribed on November 3rd 2022 and now it is December 9th 2022. I am still waiting for my medication. The service has been horrible. I have called every day. There is no reason for this. It is being done on spite.
I went to see this “doctor” due to an injury that I received 1 1/2 years ago from my neighbors dog which resulted in $13k in medical bills and my injury is still not healed. I told him that their was a pending law suit and he insulted me by saying “oh you are suing your neighbor” all the while making his way out the door. I dont know how many can afford $13k but I can’t and my neighbor was in the wrong. He was more concerned with the fact that I had pending litigation against my neighbor then helping the patient in the room with him!!
The staff is nice when You can reach them. Dr Hassan M. Mousli is very rude, at least to me he was. He wouldn’t listen at all the entire time. I had to stop him from pontificating over and over to tell him basic info since he would not listen to me, and to make matters worse and to add insult to injury, he then tried to explain away all of my problems before even listening to what I had to say, yet the problems persisted even before the incidences in his assumptions about me and my medical case, funny how that works, and I made sure to tell him so. He kept making assumptions about my case the entire time! instead of asking the most basic of questions. It was probably the worst experience I have ever had, with any Doctor in my entire life of 36 years with no exaggeration. I recommend others do not use this office for their care if possible. No wonder they are so desperate for referrals. I will be going back, but only to have the most mundane of testing done since I have to get it there via a referral. I will never again go to see Dr. Mousli once the tests are done, ever.
i been with Dr. Mousli for 2 months now and have no regrets Dr. Mousli is the kindest, sympathetic, and patient man He listens and asks me questions as to my concerns and needs. He is a very quiet and humble man. No other doctor has ever treated me with so much compassion and one of the things i like is he found in quikly with my problem thanks to him now i know why the bad pain on my knee cause the pain was take my leg and it was very swalled up even tho i had knee a replacment but the pain wasnt going away and thanks to doctor Mousli he gave with the problem of my back i would recommend him to anybody hes a good doctor and knows what hes doing the staff s very nice have no issues them them everytime i call they answer with respect and always answer my call they always call to remind and conferm your appointments the most mportante thing he listens and answer every questions you have he already has done the injection on my lower back and neck twice is normal for it to hurt maybe one or 2 days cause your getting needles in your back that normal and not everybody the same but hes realy a good doctor i wont change him

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
