All 3 Receptionist has great Customer Service and they are so sweet, along with Dr.Pruthi. He makes your child feel safe and no matter how small they are he makes them feel a part of as if they were (Little adults). The environment is nice, no long waits. Even when I didn't have an appointment they were able to fit me in. I would recommend this place to anyone that has children.

I love the Doctor but the last four or five times we have have had to wait 45 min to one hour to see the Dr. Yesterday Jays apt. was at 3:15 and we arrived at 2:30 because they were no longer doing road repairs. At 3:00 they put us in a room. At 4:00 we finally got up and walked out. No one should have to wait 45 minutes at any time.

Makes you as a parent comfortable knowing he has children and has seen probably every illness before with his own kids. Makes your kids comfortable by joking and laughing with them. His staff is great as well everyone is so nice.

Wonderful doctor, AWFUl and rude staff with serious attitude issues. Also it can take weeks to get a appt so if you don't have the time to wait and do a walk in you are out of luck. My son was in the er for a cardiac issue and they said they couldn't get him in for two weeks for a appointment. We ended up sitting for hours to come In as a walk in.
