The doctor is awesome but the STAFF is awful! When I say awful it’s just disgusting awful. The office manager (seems to entitled for her minimum wage job) is extremely rude to us patients I say “us” just bc she treated me different from others bc of my insurance! I felt so uncomfortable with my treatment and seeing other patients complain about the same to me while waiting. If you wanna know who’s the office manager she is the only one w a different color smock and long red curly hair with glasses and not to mention talks Spanish loudly which I’m not sure why because this is not a Spanish speaking ONLY clinic. Because of her attitude and treatment I wouldn’t and will not recommend this place to my friends and family, and I will def stop going for my annual visits. Everyone should be treated FAIRLY! Don’t be entitled when your just an “office manager” who can’t write proper English grammar on a doctors note!

I have dealt with Justin on different occasions. He is very knowledgeable at his job and a great asset to the company very caring at his job. 100% .I will recommend him to others. Judy Diceglie

Run away. The one in downtown Winter Haven is a real office this one is terrible.

I went with an appointment, I arrived a little early in case I had to do paperwork. After doing the air test I was told what insurance would cover and to pick out frames. I was told there was one person ahead of me. I picked out my frames and sat waiting to be called. After 30 plus minutes and others that came in after me being helped I chose to leave. There’s footprints on the floor for social distancing but the lobby chairs are zip tied together in a very small area. I’ll either try another location or pay out of pocket.

This is my review for Justin Rivera in lake wales Eagle Ridge Mall. I had stopped in to receive help with my glasses and Justin was great. He paid close attention to my needs and was super professional. Justin went above n beyond .Highly recommended.

BE AWARE FRAUD ACTIVITY GOING ON!!!! I came here to do my eye exam and I brought with me my contact lenses and I asked the doctor to write me a prescription for contact lenses. And then I went somewhere else to get my contact lenses because they don’t carry that brand and then I billed my insurance but I discovered that this location optical outlet. They charged my insurance for contact fitting $54 even though they did not give me any trial lenses or they didn’t do anything more than regular eye exam. Fraud activity be aware!!

Do not waste your precious time going to this office full of rude people. I had the worst experience with the staff.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT go here. My son waited over 30 minutes for his appt. Had to sign a no refund paper before being seen. Did not give h his prescription. I admit my son is naive. He thought he had to buy the glasses there. Frames he picked out were $150. Couldn't tell because the receipt if just a total. No breakdown. When I called, they said the frames were actually $230 and sorry, you can't cancel even though it less than 24 hours. No name frames for $230 are you kidding me? Our old optometrist had Oakley and Ray Ban for those prices. Oh and 2-3 weeks for them to come in. How is that possible? Deceitful practices and taking advantage of an unknowing naive person.

Thank you to all the ladies that work there it's nice to go somewhere where people are nice and helpful and to the eye doctor I'm so blessed and greatful for what you did for my child we need more people like y'all in the world Thank you
