Dr. Oropeza is an exceptional physician that takes his time to listen to his patients! I've been going to Dr. Oropeza for years now, and each visit he takes his time to listen, educate, and plan for a healthier future. I Would 100% recommend doctor Oropeza to anyone that wants a great primary care physician!

My mother was a new patient and recently lost our father. She went to the doctors and he prescribed her a series of medications and recommended her to get fmla due to her emotional state. After the weeks were over and my mother needed to file paperwork he refused to fill out the paperwork and discharged her as a patient same day. The staff is extremely unprofessional, not compassionate and has no clue of proper bedside manners. I don't recommend anyone to go to this office.

Great doctor but horrible office staff! Got hung up on because the receptionist was wrong. I scheduled an appointment for today and she said it wasn’t today after I took the day off from work for an appointment. Finds out I was right and she didn’t like that..will be finding a new and friendlier office.

Horrible el personal, sin respeto a los pacientes. Pierden y contratan personal y no saben lo que están haciendo. Enredos con las recetas, no envían los referidos, envían las recetas a farmacias equivocadas. Cambié de seguro y un año y 3 meses después de eso continuaban haciendo mis referidos con la información del seguro que no era. Pero sobre todo la falta de respeto al no aceptar que están haciendo las cosas mal. A perdido y seguirá perdiendo pacientes por que prefiere al el staff que no sabe hacer su trabajoy maltrata a sus pacientesque a los que les damos de comer. Pobre de esos ancianos que no tienen a nadie que les ayude y vigile que le hagan las cosas bien. No confíen su salud ni la de sus padres y familiares ancianos a esta oficina médica.

Dr. O is always willing to listen and help solve any problem. I was hospitalized for weeks with Covid, was transferred to another hospital and he still contacted the family and the doctors caring for me. When I was returned to Lake Wales he continued with the other Doctors with excellent care.

Dr.Oropeza is a great a doctor but has lousy office staff. The office staff confirmed my appointment but come to find out after taking half a day off work and driving 30 minutes to the office that they don't accept my insurance and that last time was a mistake so I wouldn't be able to be seen that day.

Doctor O is the best smart caring listens well is always there for me I am 74 a physical therapist and know a lot of doctors and he is the best

Dr. Orapeza is an excellent doctor. He does listen to his patients. However, he has a lousy staff who does not return phone calls whether it's you leaving a message or your pharmacy leaving a message. His business would probably thrive if he had a more knowledgeable and concerned staff.
