List of Raymond Knisley's Reviews
This doctor is a quack and all I can say is stay far away from this office as possible. I went for an appointment for my 2 children. One has moderate to severe eczema and I told the doctor she has tried many over the counter products and prescriptions and NOTHING is working. They never got the list from the referring doctor of what we DID try- NOR did he bother to ask what she has tried. Instead he is going to hand us a premeditated print out that he gives to all his patients and say follow this regimen. I’m sorry but if you are giving this piece of paper where all this knowledge is on Google and this sheet of paper is customary then you shouldn’t be a doctor. He never told me that he prescribed triamcinolone ointment and had I of known I would have told him she already tried that unsuccessfully. I called the office they said give them time they will get the list of what she used from her pediatrician and if she used that they will prescribe something else and if all fails then they will call in an injectable for her. They called me and they said the list of what she has used in which triamcinolone was one of them. Then the lady says he wants to keep her on that. I said well you called her pediatrician and she was already on that and it didn’t work. She had me on hold for a bit comes back to the phone and says the doctor wants to keep her on that! Now I spent time just getting a referral and time delayed on getting her treatment to begin with due to insurance. Why in the world would I keep her on something that didn’t work? She then says they want to keep her on it (despite it not working) and see her back in 1 month for another visit. Oh another visit means another visit fee$$ This doctor is just doing treatments that don’t work and taking a bunch of office visit fees to absorb the insurance. Stay far far away from this man he shouldn’t even be a doctor.
Best place to be if you have any Dermatology concerns.
Dr Knisley and Lydia are excellent, very professional and knowledgeable. Recommend highly
He has done 2 surgeries on me to remove basal cell carcinomas, both requiring over a dozen stitches. He is very efficient and finds areas to freeze even I hadn't noticed. I've been to dermatologists for over 50 years because of my fair skin and the sunburns I've experienced. The best I have been to in my 18 years in Florida.
I've seen Dr. Knisley multiple times. He has always been attentive & kind. He has even taken me on the same day when I called for an appointment. I highly recommend him.
I saw Dr.Knisley many times . Was very pleased but in the last 5 months , I kept complaining about a spot on my little toe on my right foot. He kept telling me it was a callus .Said it was from my shoes He did not biopsy it .When I went for my next appointment he was not in the office .Another doctor saw me . He looked at the spot in my toe and biopsies it . It was a skin cancer !!! I had skin and tissue removed almost to the bone before I got a clear margin!! I had to have tissues taken from my clavicle area to close the incision. Dr. Knisley missed diagnosing this skin cancer . I had to have extensive surgery to remove the skin cancer !!
Dr. Knisley was wonderful to my husband. He found a melanoma that was overlooked by another doctor. He was thorough & helpful. We even had his personal number to call him if we needed anything. I really hope he opens a practice.
I have seen him twice.. First time I saw him he was 98 % sure the spot he cut out would be cancer. It came back benign. This last visit I had two spots which were small and the comment he made was turn it up. I was taken back by his comment. To me no spot is to small to have taken off after having cancer on my nose a few years back.. I don’t care for his bedside manner.
My wife is always anxious about any surgery; but, Dr. knisely was very understanding and did a great job.
Dr. Ray. Was very professional and personable. He was very informative about products to use. I have sensitive skin and a pale complexion. I recommended a process to peal my skin. I took his advice and use the products he suggested. I would recommend him to others. When I am in Florida, I plan follow up visits.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
