I had my very first Appointment today as a New Patient and I'm beyond impressed Dr Ricardo Navarro is the most amazing Dr he actually listens to you and he talks to you about whatever the need is and explains to you everything so you understand he is the first Dr I have ever had that I feel like cares and wants to help. I will not be going anywhere else if you are looking for a Great Dr come here you will not regret I promise.

I an new to Lake Wales and found Dr Navarro through a close friend. Since moving here I have had several health issues and Dr. Navarro has always gotten me in when I needed to see him. He is very caring and always listens. And his staff is great also.

Dr. Navarro changed my life! I lived with a misdiagnosis for over six years, having negative medicinal results, and feeling terrible and hopeless for years, with no answers. It took just a few visits with Dr. Navarro before he accomplished what doctors and specialists in three states could not do. Because of his dedication to his practice I now have a correct diagnosis with an effective plan that has possitive results which has added years to my life. Thank you. Dr. Navarro!

This doctor did not have a good bed side manner as he was very curt and dismissive with me. He only spent 5 minutes with me and I will never go back.

This doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me before he walked out after I disagreed with him on the narrative of cholesterol. Then the next day I check my chart on the patient portal and he gave 10 diagnoses that were false and damaging to me, Including "Delusional disorder and Mild cognitive impairment." The other coded diagnosis was that I had "kidney failure, hyperkalemia, hypertensive nephropathy" which is not backed up by my blood chemistries. I have filed a grievance with my insurance and with the Florida board of osteopaths. This is a very dangerous professional and you are putting your health and life at jeopardy if you go to him. He also accused me of drug abuse and said in my chart I was malnourished. I weight 140 and am 5'5". Also said I am Pre-diabetic, with no evidence to support any of these claims.

Great Doctor, I’ve been a patient for 5 years and have never found a more caring or compassionate physician. He is always willing to listen and provide advice instead of jumping strait to conclusions. Dr Navarro is so good that I’ve moved 6 hours away and still have him as my primary care physician. Great Job Doc!!!
