Well I read a lot of great reviews, but today wasn’t it.. I’ve waited… waited and waited some more, I’ve waited a month for this exam, I ended up leaving because Dr. had to step out… if you have time to wait this is a great place for you..or if your name is Bob White,. Felt discriminated

Have tried multiple times to schedule an appointment. Everytime I get my appointment they say it doesn't exist on the day of. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of everyone's time. Go elsewhere

I have a rare condition that was causing blindness. I was scared, and unsure what was going on. Dr. Braunstein literally saved my eyesight and helped me begin to heal after my first visit. I like the staff, no fuss, just quality service. I’m very thankful for them and recommend them with the highest regard.

been a patient here many years. was seen within 5 minutes of check-in. everything was handled efficiently Dr is very pleasant and knowledgeable

my appointment was rescheduled for a different time without my knowledge or consent and so when I arrived they told me that I was going to have to reschedule for a different date because the doctor was going to be leaving even though that was the time we had scheduled for and it was supposed to be perfectly fine. I already had to call out of work and lose points and now because of this I'm going to have to lose more and I might get in trouble with my job. it's really shady to change somebody's appointment without them knowing especially when they cannot afford to take off more days from work.
