I use my cane to get around making it up to two steps in the front into the building only to find out on a day early well as I left I even held the door for some younger girls you would think that help there but point out to me that there is a handicap ramp I'm obscured my 8-ft hedge and a minuscule sign they could have pointed out to me to take a right at the door always find out it was blocked by a four-wheel drive truck with a driver sitting in it I can see right now the people inside don't give a damn about their patience even though they're there to improve their eyesight I can't even give him that one. Well I'm at it I might post the two steps that are there I don't believe conform to the southern building code for egress of a building I pretty much know that statute but verbatim and I think it falls short and narrow won't be going back that's for sure I don't think they're looking out for anybody interest but there own.

Great doctor.Had to have cataract surgery on both eyes. A couple hours after I got home the doctor called and checked on me.Absolutely the best no pain.

My cataract in my right eye had been getting progressively worse, but I was terrified of 'eye surgery'. Even after my sister said she had had both eyes done many years ago, I was still hesitant. But after visiting with Dr. Braunstein and his amazing staff, I was put more at ease. The actually surgery at the Lake Wales Florida, Adventist Hospital was like visiting a spa! Yea, sounds crazy but they even brough me heated blankets (it was cool in there). The surgery went great except for a horrendeous nose itching issue; that the doctor managed to scratch for me! The results are that I have 2020 and no astigatism in my right eye and may be able to correct the left in the new year. BY ALL MEANS visit Dr. Braunstein. He is a really nice guy as well!

Dr. Bernstein was made aware of a past injury to my left eye three years prior then Mr. Bernstein seeing me I still had excellent vision other than having Cataracs but was still able to see in fact I had driven 18 hours from up north nonstop to my destination in Lake Wales Florida, he fell to examine the eyes thorough to see if I had any serious damage in which the removal of the Cataract couldn’t of been done. so he proceeded with the removal of the cataract and my left eye just to tell me after surgery that it had spread throughout the whole high leaving me blind from my left high taking three years to try to solve the problem and Passing me on from the doctor to doctors to solve the problem he had created. Then after three years of him trying to Save my eye he happily, emerged with Eye Specialists Of Florida and was told he would no longer be taking my health coverage I’ll be able to see me I found that to be very irresponsible and very negligent on his behalf leaving me still with stitches in my eye after three years of seeing him… I personally think his years of an eye doctors are up and has an age factor in treating his patients.

Have tried multiple times to schedule an appointment. Everytime I get my appointment they say it doesn't exist on the day of. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of everyone's time. Go elsewhere

I found Dr. Braunstein to be thorough and understanding of my needs for Glaucoma. He was able to get my eye pressure back to a normal range. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will return to see him again.

I have a rare condition that was causing blindness. I was scared, and unsure what was going on. Dr. Braunstein literally saved my eyesight and helped me begin to heal after my first visit. I like the staff, no fuss, just quality service. I’m very thankful for them and recommend them with the highest regard.

my appointment was rescheduled for a different time without my knowledge or consent and so when I arrived they told me that I was going to have to reschedule for a different date because the doctor was going to be leaving even though that was the time we had scheduled for and it was supposed to be perfectly fine. I already had to call out of work and lose points and now because of this I'm going to have to lose more and I might get in trouble with my job. it's really shady to change somebody's appointment without them knowing especially when they cannot afford to take off more days from work.
