Same as Roger Perry that has reviewed below me. I just didn't feel comfortable or like help was given. I was examined minimally and with gloves on, which you should know you wouldn't be able to feel tiny bumps with gloves. There is a reason for the changes in your skin, my body is telling me something but I received no help with that here. None of my medical history was spoken about or asked about until I gave up more information than was asked of me. This was my first time seeing a NP and for good reason. No offense, but my advice would be to see a Doctor (M.D. or D.O.) I walked out with the same issue and minus $50.00 of a copay to hear "idk". Front desk was amazing and personable but I won't be returning.

I didn't get the help I needed and paid $50 for a copay without help. I was told by the NP that she just didn't know what was causing my obsessive itching.

The staff is always extremely professional and friendly. I was able to get a next day appointment. Alice and the Nurse Practitioner were very efficient and knowledgeable. I was in and out within a few minutes. I have been a patient for several years and would recommend Waters Edge.

I went in for an initial visit today. The doctor stood on the other side of the room, and barely examined me. When I discussed my medication history the doctor was very patronizing, partly because she was very ill informed about the medications I am receiving from another specialty care provider. She had the attitude of there not being much she could do for me; however, I am aware of others with my medical conditions that have received a variety of treatments from dermatologists. I didn't feel comfortable, and, even though the physician is advanced in age, I didn't feel she was competent. The front desk staff was great, and so was the medical assistant. I won't be going back.

I was able to quickly get an appointment. The staff was very helpful and informative. I especially like the fact that you could pre register online this made things run nice and smooth with your appointment. I was very pleased with the outcome of the procedure I received. Everything is healing very nicely and no scarring. I would definitely recommend Water's Edge.

I paid a steep $45 co-pay just to be told by the doctor that she didn't know how to treat my skin issue. I feel robbed and violated and wish I could get a refund but I know that's not how this works. I am just sad that I couldn't get any real help or serious recommendations from this practice. I do not recommend anybody to go to this clinic if the value their time and money...
