Alivi is a great employer. I joined Alivi last year as a parttime employee. I am very grateful for this opportunity as this job has allowed me to continue attending college due to the flexible hours I am able to work. There are opportunities to grow professionally as I continue to see others being promoted internally. After my great experience I recommended another employee and I received a referral bonus. The company has great benefits and I look forward to growing my career here.

Update Alivi picked me up the last time with a van to accomidate my wheel chair. The driver was professional and helpful. Friendly too. I will raise the rating to a THREE STAR. Let us see how it goes from here.I dont like leaving negative reviews but its beyond enough. THREE 3 attempts to have a pick up to go to my doctor appointment. I said I needed a van or an SUV as I am a big man and also have a wheelchair. 1st appointment a 2 door Toyota Corolla 2nd appointment driver says I wasnt outside meanwhile I was on phone with my Insurance provider and HIS company. Today attempt 3 I order car for 11151145 for a 1pm appointment. Driver calls says he is 10 minutes away at 1150 I just had to cancel my appointment as it is 1pm and he still isnt here.

I used this company three times within the last week first time all three times I encountered problems. They arrive after my appointment time tell the transportation dispatch they picked me up dropped me off at my location. twice I had minor surgery scheduled. Awful company for seniors.

They are not dependable. They should be sued for not showing up for urgent doctor appointments. I got stood up twice by them. This company is packed with idiots and should not be allowed to make false promises to the public. Shut this place down please 👹

Absolutely unacceptable service beyond horrible

Please find an atternative transport for your elderly loved ones. This place should be closed down immediately

Been a driver with Alivi for over a month. Yet to receive any type of payment. They shift me from one call rep to the next. Initially after working for a month they told me that they require me to recredential which I did. Then they asked me to get a vehicle inspection on my car im driving a brand new van and told them I would not pay the $125.00 they require for the inspection. They then informed me they would not pay me until I did this. They never informed me this was required for the whole month I did trips for them further I did receive confirmation from insurance company that they were paid. I asked them to pay me my remaining balance as I did not want to do any more assignments for them and they refused and transferred me. Basically either I get fully credentialed with them or they hold my money hostage. SCAM COMPANY. I advise any driver to demand payment upfront from Alivi before accepting any payments from them. I will be filing a report with the BBB and their insurance company until i get payment.

If I could give this place one star I would. To whoever is reading this please listen to me and avoid this place by all means unless you want to be stranded all day or die because you couldn’t make it to dialysis. And believe me because I worked here. This place is the worse. We are told to lie to the members saying they have a ride coming when in reality they either do not have a ride or the ride was cancelled but since we have to lie we have to ask for the member to be seen at a later time KNOWING it still will not happen. Please avoid this toxic place. You won’t be getting picked up.

This company is completely unprofessional. My mother in law called to be picked up at 530 they told us her driver would be there in 20 to 30 mins. We waited for an hour before reaching out. It was impossible to get in contact with anyone. 20 mins went by someone finally answered and told us they will try to locate our driver and it should be only 20 mins. After another hour went by we still were waiting outside for transportation. My mother in law is 70 years old and isn’t mobile at all. She was in severe pain and had to use the restroom. 815 the transportation called us and said they were in the area. I’m posting this before he actually showed up but let’s pray they are being honest for the first time all evening. Would not recommend
