Alivi is a great company with compassionate people working for them. Unlike many other providers Alivi has a well organized senior friendly technology solution a senior friendly mobile app and very humane people to support our daily health care needs. They pay attention to the font on their communications so seniors can read easily.They are multilingual and able to support multiple language needs which is very helpful. Thank you Alivi.

Alivi is a great employer. I joined Alivi last year as a parttime employee. I am very grateful for this opportunity as this job has allowed me to continue attending college due to the flexible hours I am able to work. There are opportunities to grow professionally as I continue to see others being promoted internally. After my great experience I recommended another employee and I received a referral bonus. The company has great benefits and I look forward to growing my career here.

Update Alivi picked me up the last time with a van to accomidate my wheel chair. The driver was professional and helpful. Friendly too. I will raise the rating to a THREE STAR. Let us see how it goes from here.I dont like leaving negative reviews but its beyond enough. THREE 3 attempts to have a pick up to go to my doctor appointment. I said I needed a van or an SUV as I am a big man and also have a wheelchair. 1st appointment a 2 door Toyota Corolla 2nd appointment driver says I wasnt outside meanwhile I was on phone with my Insurance provider and HIS company. Today attempt 3 I order car for 11151145 for a 1pm appointment. Driver calls says he is 10 minutes away at 1150 I just had to cancel my appointment as it is 1pm and he still isnt here.

The AliviRide app is terrible

I used this company three times within the last week first time all three times I encountered problems. They arrive after my appointment time tell the transportation dispatch they picked me up dropped me off at my location. twice I had minor surgery scheduled. Awful company for seniors.

They are not dependable. They should be sued for not showing up for urgent doctor appointments. I got stood up twice by them. This company is packed with idiots and should not be allowed to make false promises to the public. Shut this place down please 👹
