My son is in there and they have been so kind checking to see if I am ok and updates on my son I've seen pretty bad ones and this is far one of the best so far

My mother stayed at the inland Palm Beach Women's Health Center location for treatment around 2014. When admitted, she was in extremely poor health due to alcoholism. They immediately got her on a treatment program for both her mental and physical health. My mother was in great spirits when she was released a few months later and has been clean and sober for over 8 years. Thank you!Note: This review is based off the original inland women's health center before it was bought by the Banyan treatment center.

this is by far the best mental health program ive ever experianced and im greatful i was able to get to attend this place and id highly reccomend this place to anyone seeking mental health

Went here because my stupid self got a dui. I went here to get the certificate and leave so I could keep my job. On the phone they told me 30 days in and out. When I got there and they realized how good my insurance was they kept me there for 43 days. People were struggling with heroin bad and they let alot of them go after 2 or 3 weeks because of their Insurance. Yet I'm in there for a dui and almost there 2 months. Money racket

Inexperienced staff with no regard in explaining protocal,staff ignored my calls would not return messages,, dont waste your money or time

So desperately wanted to get my son help I missed all the red 🚩. This place is only about what the insurance can pay them. Unprofessional after 2 weeks of my son being there he was told he can go home. I spoke to his counselor and her exact words to me was what do expect us to do if he's refusing help. They are very good at getting somrone signed in especially with insurance but the care after is terrible. I would not recommend this place to any loving family's

Sorry for the one star review. There wasn’t an option for negative one or zero.Provider and Nurse practitioner Peter Bronstein lowered my medication dosage against my personal psychiatrist orders, which is illegal. He also moved me twice back and forth from php residences to the one star motel in Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches. BHT’s kept carry my personal belongings back and forth without telling me and throwing my things in plastic bags. $250.00 worth of my belongings is missing because of Peter Bronstein’s decisions he made behind my back without consulting me. Peter Bronstein, I really hope you can pay for or replace my missing belongings.I will be calling your office where you work and submitting my complaint.

The WORST mental health program I’ve ever been in. There’s a lot of abuse coming from the techs. If you’re considering going here I highly suggest you do NOT. The unprofessionalism, uncouthness, and neglect that I experienced is beyond anyone’s imagination.No one helps you, you’re denied rights to use the phone, and when you go to a staff member for help they’ll pass on the responsibility and tell you to go to another staff member until you’ve walked around and talked to the whole staff team and are ignored. Client, Michael Ear my friend, was assigned as a Php client, which means that he lives in the php residences which is down the street, theres a lot more freedom, and it’s much nicer. Additionally Client, Michael Ear payed a $350.00 fee out of his money, plus his insurance is getting billed everyday for php not residential. And even Director Meredith Bro the pregnant woman who runs the facility is not letting him move to Php residences. HE PAYED FOR IT and nothing is being done. This is only the tip of the iceberg of the abuse that happens in this facility. It’s not a place where you heal. It’s a place where you go to get abused. Banyan, you owe this man Michael Ear an answer!!!!!
