The doctor is amazing but his staff needs major improvement. Every time I call or my other doctor tries to get in touch with his office the staff is rude and they'll hang up the phone on you.

diagnosed with a spot on my lung, said i would need a pet scan and they would arrange everything, need 3 weeks to set everything up, returned in 3 weeks and they hadn't done anything. said get my primary care dr. to do it.

First time visit the girls and guy at front were great the nurses were even better The Dr. Was Fantastic no rushing his bedside manner was a 10 .He knows his stuff .I can not say anything negative about my visit

I was very happy when I called and they were able to schedule me the same day since I’d had a problem over the weekend. He was very pleasant and listened to my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed. I didn’t have a long wait which was a plus. I don’t like doctors that keep you waiting 30-40 minutes past your scheduled time. I will definitely continue to use him as my specialist.

Dr. Sanchez has been our family pulmonologist for over 15 years. He is always genuinely concerned with our family welfare and treats us like family. I highly recommend Dr. Sanchez.

Setting up visit is quick. After that they overbooked the sleep center beds, one person opted to come back next night. Study results????? NONE!!! it has been a month and no results when told it would be 7-10 days. Left numerous messages without response yet. Got Blue cross involved and hope to have a response soon.

DO NOT TRUST Carlos Sanchez MD. I was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis 06 and never received any medical treatment or medication. Recently my Cat Scan shows my Sarcoidosis got worse. 13 years with no treatment and Dr. Carlos Sanchez tried to make it seam like my condition was not as bad. However, what we was telling me in person was not and is not the same as HIS Report. I had to log on to the Medical Specialists of the Palm Besche portal where his report stated "Advanced Sarcoidosis". Knowing my condition is Advanced he never prescribed any medication at my second appointment. QUESTIONS EVERYTHING AND GET IT IN WRITING. DO NOT TRUST HIM.
