Dr. Graubert did ask question, but the exam was hands off and I was told to keep being active and ended up hurting myself even more. After paying a $114 co pay. I wish I could get my time and money back.

My appointment addressed the pain in my knee and after exrays it was obvious that my cartelidge was non existent. There are non surgical options which I opted for. How refreshing to feel better immediately after leaving the office.

A very efficient process for my first appointment.

Nothing wrong with treatment. Don't care about cavalier bedside manner. What bothered me. Don't say you do not accept medicare, make me pay upfront for 3 sessions and office visit then turn around and bill and get paid by Medicare. Called for refund after I got my CMS statement was told I was correct and due a refund and never got it. Double dipping is a no no with Medicare.
