Hedayatollah Zaghi's Online Review Report Card

Dr zaghi is professional but the receptionist is very very rude and unprofessional....people like that should not be working in customer service....I am trying to find my records and she is literally telling me I'm not in the system and I'm trying to explain to her how else can I find my info etc and she literally disregard what I'm saying and was rude and belligerent from the get go....worst customer service experience ever

Dr. Zaghi's knowledge is exceptional, I am however a reasonable person and can tell you that his employees are incredibly rude. I will NOT be going back to this office...

Dr Zaghi and his staff are Fantastic! Very professional And thorough. I am So happy, as is my wife that we were recommended to consult w/ Dr Zaghi. I feel better and I am confident in his medical care. Dr Zaghi takes the time to really Talk to you and discuss what it going on, as well As discussing the course of action and the next steps to take to get you where you need to be. Forever grateful to Dr Zaghi and his staff.

Dr. Zaghi is kind, caring, thorough and gives direct, level headed advice and treatment. I wouldn't want another cardiologist. I contribute his assessments as giving me life affirming treatment which led to preventative quadruple bypass surgery. My condition was caught in time by Dr. Zaghi. The best!!!

I have been fortunate enough to be a patient of Dr. Zaghi's for more than 25 years. I have never found a more compassionate and knowledgable doctor. His staff is exceptional and more than helpful each time I call. I would highly recommend Dr. Zaghi as one of the finest Cardiologists. I trust him with my life.

"Hedy Etzael Zaghi M.D , An educated man that has forgotten his "OATH" to his patients. He’s a very Stubborn Man, Doctor or not. Some staff is nice, others are confused, impatient, and are prone to mistakes that will effect you, the patient. First visit 12/08/2022. After two tests were completed, I call to get the results. His staff told me, I need more tests, only then would he talk to me? I called several times to get my tests results, and his staff told me, Hedy Etzael Zaghi M.D. will not be calling me! By coincidence, or another staff mistake, a few days later, his staff calls to collect $25.00, over the phone, so Hedy Etzael Zaghi M.D. would call me? What an unorganized office, with a greedy, stubborn Doctor. This was a total disaster, and he absolutely refused to give me, his patient, my tests results. This stubborn person needs to reevaluate his intrinsic values, that effect other people, and patients. 99% of the doctors I have seen were good, NOT THIS ONE.

As patients paying sky high Insurance rates, we should get more respect, and results, from a Medical Practice, then this inept group.

Dr, Zaghi is an excellent cardiologist, and I have no reservations about using him. On the other hand, his office support are awful -- and I'm being kind in that description. Scheduling, or changing an appointment, is an exercise in frustration and is often unsuccessful. The phone will give you a busy signal, many times for hours, and there is no way to manage appointments online through their web site. Imagine, you get a heart attack and someone calls the office, after having called the Rescue Squad, and all they get, for hours, is a busy signal. It's unacceptable. I found a different doctor!
