Hetel Bhakta's Online Review Report Card

I have had Keratoconus for many years. I came to Dr. Bhakta because I needed new glasses and contact lenses. I have never seen an optometrist like Dr. Bhakta in my life, she will make sure everything is perfect 100% before she will give you contact lenses or glasses ,even if she will need to reorder them many times. She is very professional and one of the best :-) Lucky I came to Dr. Bhakta and her amazing staff.

Dr. Bhakta is superb. Literally the best doctor and best optometrist I’ve ever seen. She is very knowledgeable, patient and knows which prescription is right for you! Last time I also saw Dr. Tuyet-Suong Pham and she was also very wonderful and gave me the correct prescription. The staff is amazing. It seems that they love what they do and you can see that and feel it. You cannot go wrong with going here. Nothing but the greatest things I could say. Thank you so much for all that you all do!!

Dr. Hettel Bhakta is outstanding and one of the best Optometrist I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient. She gave an antibiotic that didn't react with the responsiveness and I immediately called the emergency line that she gave me and called me back in 5 minutes. She took me immediately and met me at the office and we called my PCP to get permission for the most powerful antibiotic which worked and my eye healed. Multiple optometry machines in the office at then Lake Worth. The only negative is the office manager. I am not sure if she still works there however she is a major negative black eye because of her derogatory attitude. I don't remember her name however she was the office manager in April/May 2021. I would like that Dr. Hettel Bhakta accepted my insurance like other well-known optometry offices do.

If someone is looking for personalized service and eye care, I guarantee you that Dr. Bhakta is very professional, competent, and capable of caring. I have keratoconus, a problem that, for many years, did not get adequate treatment. So I always went through difficulty, until I met Dr. Bhakta, I feel safe, careful, and the result of having my vision in conditions that allows me to live normally. I am very satisfied with everyone at Planet Vision Eye Center in Lake Worth. John, who has been there for us from the very beginning, and also sold us on the new glasses OVO, which my husband and I love, is so "customer service" oriented. I myself, I'm also in customer service and he surpasses what I have experienced in the past It is so important that he really cares.

Dr. Bhakta and staff are very professional and courteous. She is very personable, thorough, and knowledgeable. The additional optical screening machines provide helpful insights. She has an extensive collection of frames to select as well as designer sunglasses. The practice provides a 5 star experience creating you as a 5 star patient!

Dr Bhakta has the latest technology in her eye care practice. I was so impressed with my eye exam recently. She was very professional and it was the best experience I've ever had at a doctor's office...she really took the best care of my eye health. She is definitely going to be my eye doctor for the future. I will not be going anywhere else!

I had the best eye exam with Dr.Bhakta, she was very thorough and gave me the most detailed eye exam I have ever had. Her staff were very friendly and they had such a great selection of eyewear. The eyeglasses I purchased were so cute. I will definitely be going back every year!
