It's very hard to communicate with this doctor's office. Google says that they open AT 8:00 am and they don't. According to the operator they open at 9:00 am but they start taking phone calls at 9:30 am. Then, according the operator the close the office for lunch at 12:00 pm until 1:30 PM, but they don't answer the phones after 11:00 AM. Then on Fridays, they close at noon but Google says they open until 5:00 PM. They have a really big mess with their schedule and the secretaries do whatever they want. I think administration needs to do something about this. It shows a very unprofessional environment.

Staff is rude on the phone and turned me off to the practice, because the first and last line of offense and defense is the staff. Unfortunately, neither the doctors nor the office managers read these reviews, so the negative feedback has no positive effect on quality control, training, hiring or firing of staff.

Caring, professional, and an overall excellent urologist. Have been seeing Dr. Kaufman for almost 8 years now. He is a great diagnostician and has often made me aware of new medicines & treatments not yet approved by Medicare or other insurance carriers but that are much more effective than those currently being used. His staff is always polite & welcoming as they greet me by name before I can even say anything. I almost always am taken in for my appointment a few minutes earlier or exactly on the time of my appointment. Of course there have been a few times when I have waited longer due to an emergency situation with another patient. I find that the best time to schedule an appointment is before 10:30AM or right after the offices' lunch break"

At first I was very happy to have found Dr. Kaufman. But I became more unhappy every time I needed his care. He is impatient does not adequately answer questions. Compounding this problem is a staff that is frequently rude. This practice is outdated. Does not offer the latest techniques and treatments. Facilities are not clean. Restrooms where samples are collected smells like a gas station. And procedures are done in a room with cardboard boxes. Practice needs to get up to date.
