Dr Hunter is an excellent dermatologist. I’ve been using her for years. She is extremely thorough and catches anything that isn’t right. I recommend her highly.

I’ve been a patient for many years. My late son was also a patient. I had to cancel my last appointment for full Body scan due to the passing of my wife and then I had pneumonia. I called today to get an appointment. I was told that it would be in late January of 2023. That’s almost 5 months. RIDICULOUS! Hopefully I don’t have a serious cancer

Dr Peggy, is one of the most amazing Doctors that I have had the pleasure of meeting. I'm thankful to have met her in my life time! She truly is unique and humble. She is a true advocate for the medical marijuana patients in South Florida. She's also very hilarious!🤣 #wellington #nexusofwellington

Peggy Hunter is a very compassionate and caring doctor. She is always very thorough and has helped me minimize what could have been far more traumatic by finding early signs. She was always great with my son as well.

Her work would be a 5 because she knows what she is doing, but the overall experience would be like a 3 for me because I leave annoyed every time I go. I feel like Dr. Hunter is nice and well intentioned and she is definitely a good dr, but I think she's clueless about how she comes across. English is my mom's second language and she speaks english very well! However, she's in her 80s and sometimes she hesitates because the word she's thinking of may not come out or her voice is low, but it's never a problem at any of her drs. If they don't understand her accent and want to know what she said they just look at me and I will fill in. But Dr. Hunter always has little comments that I am sure she doesn't mean in a bad way but are very off putting. The last time I was there my mom said something to her and I was right there in the room, she could have asked my mom to repeat herself or asked me what she meant but instead she said to her assistant, " I don't understand but I can smile and shake my head like I do". I thought that was so rude!! If your patient has a concern, wouldn't you want to try to find out what it is instead of talking about us to our face to another staff member? I have never been to another dr where there are constant comments about language.

I've been seeing Dr Hunter for more than 4 years. She does a thorough exan at every visit and her treatment recommendations have always been spot on.

Knows her stuff. Dr Hunter is a great diagnostician who knows when to do biopsies and when not to. Unlike some dermatologists, Dr Hunter won't do needless procedures. On the other hand, she correctly spotted two areas that required MOHS surgery that another dermatologist totally missed.

Dr Hunter is by far one of the best doctors I have ever been to . She is friendly, kind, sensitive and extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She has my complete trust. Whatever the procedure, she and her wonderful assistant Jackie always make me feel comfortable and at ease. Her new location in western Lake Worth is very nice and the office staff friendly and efficient . I highly recommend Dr. Peggy Hunter.
