Richard Eisenman's Online Review Report Card

I left a meeting early to get to this appointment. I waited for over an hour Should be taken back to exam room. Then I waited another 20 to 30 minutes before the doctor came in. When he came in he ridiculed me because I was five months early for my next colonoscopy. I explained that his receptionist had told me that it was time to come in when I called. He very rudely calculated the math involved. He mocked me for not doing the math myself. He left after about five minutes. He said that the man who was left remaining in the room would explain everything to me. The man left with me asked: is this your second colonoscopy? I said yes. That was it. He said I would get all the instructions in writing when I checked out.

Ive been seeing the dr. cathia rene for 4yrs and till this day she has no way of treating me to get better. If anything she has made me get more sick within the time that has passed. She was giving me medications that was worsen me and putting false notes about my conditions and what i was actually going through. Knowing the fact that i was very ill and had to go to the hospital several times because she didnt want to treat me. Both Managers were aware STACY AND NATALIA and also lied to me about how they were gona handle my situation and didnt bother helping me at all. The way everyone works in that facility is unprofessional and none care about the patients and didnt want to give me my rights with what they were suppose to give me and do for me. If there was a rating less then 1 i would give her and everyone from this company less then a 1.

The wait time at this office is absolutely ridiculous- Average 3 hours from start to finish! Went to 3 appointments & that was too many! Billing department had issues with my insurance right away, in which I had to get reimbursed because they do in fact take my insurance. Dr. Richard Eisenmann’s bedside manner is terrible, he makes no eye contact, after my upper endoscopy I requested he speak to my spouse post-op & he never did- terrible Communication ! As a fellow RN & just a human being, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity- Obviously my time meant nothing to them & dr. Eisenmann did absolutely nothing for me. Do not waste your time. Find yourself a new G.I. doctor, Dr Taryn Silverstein DO is absolutely the best ever- what a gem!

Awesome doctors and staff

I have worked at this facility for just over a year. Never in my 25 years as a nurse have I had the privilege of working with such a great group of physicians and staff that truly do care about their clients more than the bottom line. I recommend this facility to anyone and everyone.

I have been with Dr. Richard E. for over 10 years now, and he has always taken time to fully explain and listen to my issues. He takes a conservative approach and all procedures done in the on site facility is top notch and on time. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top notch gastro doctor

Doctor Eisenman’s professional and caring. Office staff is courteous and efficient. The facility, Advanced Surgery Center, was excellent. I particularly liked the warm blanket provided with care by the nurse/attendant. They called confirm me of appointment and remind me of preps and followed up after procedure. I recommend them highly.
