Dr. Shecter is an awesome Dermatologists and "beauty doctor" who truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen to any concerns you may have, offers solutions, and does not rush you ever. Her staff are also very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr. Shecter to anyone in search of a great Dermatologist and or a "beauty doctor".

Dr Schecter and her assistant are wonderful I've been to a number of dermatologists before and she's been wonderful very caring very professional and gentle. Her assistant is so sweet and very attentive. I would highly recommended her to anyone looking for a excellentl dermatologist. I just am so happy to have found her.

The staff here is attentive and kind, but the doctor is inexperienced and wastes time lecturing you about tattoos rather than address the problem or taking accurate notes (i called back and found that I wasted the entire visit explaining my issue because nothing I said ever made it onto the chart. They read the notes back to me and it was very bare bones with no pertinent detail) She also spends a lot of effort referring you to her friends without seeing if they're even in your network so when you call they just tell you "sorry go somewhere else". I love wasting my time and money let me tell you. I have also been prescribed the wrong medication 3 times in a row and have had to call over and over to get it straightened out (still not fixed) I went there with 6 issues to address and after a week I have no answers to any of them and have yet to receive the correct medication. Avoid this place like the plague unless you like being told that a doctor who barely pays attention knows more than you about your body. I'd give it a lower score but the staff is great. Poor leadership for sure

Doctor Robin & Staff are amazing !!! We have been using Doctor Robin for over 15 years !!! My staff, I , and my family. We are all very grateful and amazed by her services. I highly recommend Doctor Robin! Whole staff very polite and professional !

Dr. Shecter is not only a brilliant dermatologist but a "beauty doctor" who provides the most advance services and health/beauty products. I'm a sun-worshiper. All my actinic keratoses patches burned off leaving no scars or spots. Highly recommend Dr. Shecter to anyone.
