My wife, went to Sage Dental, to have work done on her teeth, a root canal, they took her insurance and charged for it, now the Dr. Started to work on it, and said oops you have broken root, needless to say my wife heard a pop, while he was working on it, then they stopped working on it, and set up a consultation, I went with her, the staff would not let me in. When she came out, they gave her a couple of choices, mean while, she told me they charged her insurance company, according to her, they charged for a crown as well, on some of these visits, she had to give them down payments, in which they said she would receive the down payments back, they left the tooth sharp, and told her, at the consultation, about these two procedures, that are going to cost more money, she still has not received her down payments back or a crown, nor an itemized bill. Not very good business practices.

I liked this place up until they screwed me over and put me in debt 1,080 because of a mistake the front desk assistant made she looked me up and I tried giving her my new insurance card but she was persistent and kept saying "you're in the system and you're insurance is active". Oh was it not and I received a root canal and partial crown. Very unprofessional

Called to change an appointment, couldn't attend the given date, the person abruptly hung up on me. If you care about good customer service, this place is not recommended.

Great experience! Dr. Newman and Shawna took an experience I was dreading (3 root canals) and turned it into a very pleasant experience with great energy! What a great team! Roberto at the front desk was professional, helpful and courteous.

Lake worth office was very clean. Not sure of the lady’s name but she sat on the left side of desk and was very helpful to my daughter’s insurance. I really appreciate her to help me.

Sketchiest place in the world. Right in front of an industrial park and behind a gas station and next to a liquor store with bums walking around. Advertise "WE TAKE MEDICARE", they mean they want to run up your bill on your insurance’s dime, like every other location. Couldn't find it for awhile and when we did we looked around the place and decided it was too sketchy. Never doing sage dental again.
