Samuel Lederman's Online Review Report Card

I've been with this practice since my 1st child who was delivered by Dr.Lederman 19years ago! It felt so good bringing her back as 1 of his patients! Although I would highly recommend Dr. Lederman..I'm not sure who's in charge of keeping his patients in order. On our 2nd visit she was left in the examination room for 45mins! He had no clue she was there! They later called us back and apologized. Of course, I gave it another chance! Now, this is the second time they didn't call her Rx in for her depo shot. Young lady stated she needed to email Dr. lederman because she hasn't seen him in a year🤦🏽‍♀️ I ask why would someone give her an appt to recieve her depo if she needed to do her yearly??

Another horrible doctor checked off the list... my fiancé has had to self diagnose PCOS because all these OBGYN's do the same thing. Instead of trying to help anyone they do the bare minimum to push patients out the door and move on to the next one (burn n turn). She has ultrasounds showing a clear issue but they of course want to do their own and when there's nothing wrong in that moment they push you out the door instead of understand there is a problem and trying to figure it out. He completely forgot her blood results until she asked for them. All we can do at this point is read books and try to remedy this ourselves because doctors just don't care about patients anymore....

While I happen to love Dr Lederman as a physician. The phone staff are so unprofessional! This is the second time now that I’ve been put on hold for more than 15 minutes and then hung up on. When I called back, their office line said they were closed for the weekend at 2:45! Their stated closing on Friday is 4. They wasted over 45 minutes of my time and I still don’t know the results of the tests that they were calling about! Now I have no choice but to be stressed all weekend. Dr Lederman, please get your phone staff under control! Their treatment of me was entirely unprofessional as was your on call staff. Sincerely Catherine Wigle (PS. I had a similar issue last year and that is why I couldn’t even get my pap done in your office. I had to go elsewhere. I decided to give you another chance because I happen to like you as a Dr, but please, fix your phone staff!

Worst phone service ever!!!!! I called like 5 times and every time I got transferred to another person and on hold. I've been calling since 10 am today just to make an appointment!!!! Honestly you need to work on that phone service that you have!!! Doesn't work at all

I am very disappointed, I had an appointment yesterday for my check up I am officially 7 months and I was hoping to get my baby measured and check everything get my Rogham shot. But no... what happened was that I got thrown out of the office like if I had a contagious illness that will kill everyone. That questionare asked if I had any symptoms and I circled fatigue and shortness od breath that keep in mind I have had almost my whole pregnancy and since covid "spiked" up again well it might be that According to them and according to everyone else who thinks that everything is covid. I am very very upset and frustrated and I will not be going back to you guys again.. I changed my doctor and I will be faxing over the medical records request form so my new doctor can have it. I really hope that you guys never feel the way you made me feel yesterday. I was seen in 2009 for my first daughter by Lederman and it was the best experience it has changed a lot this time around. Specially since everything is covid even a minor sneeze, I just hope like I said that closed minded people that believe everything is covid don’t ever feel the way I felt. That's all I have to say.

Dr. Lederman is amazing. He is always accurate and very knowledgeable! Besides his attitude is always pleasant and makes you feel comfortable!!! I’m so thankful he is my Doctor. Angelica Contreras.

Ultrasound techs and medical assistants are all awesome and are all very nice! Seigfried and Lederman are the best! Lederman did my c sec with sevald and they were both wonderful.

I always have a Great experience whenever I go for my Annual Mammogram & Pap Test with Dr. Lederman - He is very patient , always gives the information to aid you in improving your overall health , He is a great listener - with a great personality that enhances in the overall Dr/ patient relationship - makes the patient feel that he cares. I must add that the visits are always on schedule - very little wait time & even when the occasional emergencies occur - therein, making him a bit late - he still takes the time to apologize and treat you with great patience. I have been a patient for over 7 years - am always satisfied with the Service- of both staff and Doctor ,
