Unable to make an appointment because they're updating their system? This is ludicrous! You've got patients out there like me, who need medical help now! I'm having an issue and it needs to be resolved now, not 3 months from now. Apparently they don't care that a patient of 10+ years is having a medical issue and is in need of help. If this is how they treat an established patient, how will they treat you?

I never write reviews, but I am appalled by how I was treated as a potential new patient.  I am pregnant and moving to Palm Beach and was referred to the office by one of my doctors here in NYC and a friend.  When I called in September and told them my due date they never mentioned I would have to be APPROVED as a patient.  I have never heard of this with any doctor ever and asked what that meant.  She had no idea.  Once all of my medical records were faxed over they said they could not take me on as a new patient.  When I asked why I was rejected as a patient and who made that decision she couldn't give any explanation and then rudely hung up on me.  I see I am not the only person who this office has hung up on.  How unprofessional!  If this is an indication of the care you will receive, I would NOT trust them with delivering my child.

I was an established patient at this office. My doctor was wonderful, however the admin staff was atrocious. They messed up with scheduling my appointment, and could not fit me in for another 3 days (even though it was their mistake) and she HUNG UP ON ME in the middle of trying to figure things out. I will never go back there.

Visit with Dr. Lori Sevald, MD.  Felt very comfortable & the doctor provided education freely which I had not been given by past Gyn. provider. The doctor's medical nurse was of the same quality. Visit 9/2020.

I called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will NOT be going here.

I had my rights violated management didn't care ... receptionist is rude and violates your privacy and more. I liked my doctor sevald very much but she didn't even stand up for me as a patient ! She allowed them to treat me poorly and discriminate all because i  reported violations. I told them I would be reporting and I will be . If anything happens to you and you're not sure report it to Hippa don't even bother with Vivian Viteri the manager she won't care . They will discharge you as a patient no matter what .I was with them for almost 7 years with no issues ever and this happens ...Wish doctor sevald cared more about her patients than the fear of a lawsuit for Hippa. I wouldn't even think of reporting if they had all stepped up and fixed the issue and apologized without discharging me .Retaliation is NOT ok to do to a patient .

My first impression of this office wasn't a great one. When I called to make an appointment I was left on hold for 10 minutes and then was hung up on. This happened several times. I finally got in for my check up. I was put into the examining room quickly but unfortunately had to wait another 45 minutes to see the doctor after my scheduled appointment. I understand that there are important things that come up and sometimes you need to wait. When the doctor finally came in She saw me for 5 minutes and was out the door. I believe that doctors should have a good bedside manner. Especially if you're going to be up in my business. She was cold and very to the point. At least that was the impression I was given. I made another appointment because I was hoping that maybe she was having an off day. That wasn't the case. It was just as before. Another 45 minute wait after my scheduled appointment with no regard to my time. I finally had enough and said something when the staff had mixed up a procedure and a regular check up that I had requested.  I spoke to Dr. Lehman about the issues that I experienced coming into the office. He was completely understanding and convinced me to give them another try. I decided to switch doctors and now my Doctors is Dr. Lehman. He has been wonderful. The office is also changing the automated system so it'll be more smoother when people call in to make appointments and not hang up on people.

Currently going a 75 minute wait in the waiting room for an appointment that I made over a month ago for the palm Beach Gardens location. I have asked multiple times for a estimate of how much longer I need to wait just to keep being told 10-15 minutes. Doesn't seem to be too busy and unfortunately most of the other people here have been waiting around an hour as well. I would highly suggest finding another OBGYN who respects their patients time in the middle of the work week.

This office is amazing! They make everything convenient and the staff is knowledgable and friendly. I've had an issue with billing but it was corrected. I don't mind dealing with that because my previous office both doctor and staff were rude, confused, always running a half hour behind, couldn't get you into an appointment for a month. This office is the complete opposite. Love them!

Excellent staff and doctors.  I have been with this group for almost 11 years and always have a wonderful experience!
