About two weeks ago I was looking for a PC doctor. I came across the reviews here on Dr. Moyenda. I thought people here were overhyping in their comments. I decided to schedule my 1st appointment with them. I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to schedule me in within 3 days. Very courteous and caring staff. When I got there, I realized I forgot my wallet home, so I didn't have my identification card with me neither my insurance card. I got worried; I thought I was gonna get turned away or have my appointment rescheduled. But the Receptionist Lady was so nice she waited on me to get my credentials from my sister (I don't recommend you do that though, lol). That was my first impression. Dr. Moyenda is very knowledgeable, very professional, and very patient. He listened attentively to all of my questions and answered them all to my satisfaction. He really cares for his patients and wants them to get well. I never felt rushed to be dismissed, which I really appreciate. After that, the staff was very helpful in helping me schedule all my referral appointments with other specialists right away. I've had good experiences with other PCs in the past, but my overall experience with this one is awesome. The doctor and his staff will go above and beyond to help you to your satisfaction, which is why I feel the need to comment here. Awesome staff + awesome doctor = awesome experience = HAPPY PATIENT :). Thank you! Thank you! Never stop being great! God bless you Doctor Moyenda and your staff!
