Extremely disappointing with their services in his office. We have left several messages (over 8 messages), they do not answer phone nor they return calls , there is no follow through with referrals and my personal perception, they do not care for the patient. Waiting until new enrollment season to move to a different doctor.

Very disappointed. After being a patient for several years I’ve only ever needed a medication refill. Recently I’ve had some other concerns but he was completely dismissive. I won’t go into details but if you’re looking for a band-aid doctor you can’t go wrong. But if you want a doctor to partner with you for your health, look elsewhere. I am.

I’ve never quite clicked with this doctor. He doesn’t listen. That the biggest issue. He thinks he knows what best. If I tell you I’ve had issues with vaccines or certain meds you don’t call your patient a liar or misinformed. He’s what my dad called a “pill pusher” If your a person who doesn’t question or believes doctors are infallible then he’s your man. I’ll be looking elsewhere for someone who listened and discusses not berates and bullies.

My husband and I have been their patients for 4 years. He is friendly, courteous, is never in a hurry to get rid of you, always answers your questions and always has been correct in his diagnosis. I will recommend him as an excellent family doctor. We are lucky to have him at Watson Clinic South. Iris and Raymond Cadiz

My experience with Dr. Pedro Flores has always been unpleasant. Wanting and needing the Dr that I confide to be an understanding caring physician who establishes a kind bedside manner.He does not have the heart or the ears to fulfill my need. What I have to say doesn’t seem irrelevant and walks out the door without even knowing my prognosis. Besides that, his punctuality is good.
