Great experience was in an out. Holly the provider was very caring and attentive. Albany the Ma was very efficient and make me feel at ease. Maribel and Jawanna at the front desk were very welcoming and nice. Love this facility definitely will come back!

Horrible experience yesterday. My appointment was at 1pm and I wasn't called back to see the provider until almost 4pm. They don't care that you have an appointment. There is a communication barrier and it's so clear to see. The nurse called me back to take my vitals before 2pm and the bald headed receptionist yelled to her: are you skipping people? I told the nurse my appointment was at 1pm. She apologized to me for that. It made me uncomfortable that they yell at each other in front of patients. Once I actually saw the provider, he never introduced himself and didn't even stay 5 mins in the room. He opened the door and asked, how are you today. Soo many things came to mind because if I was feeling good, I wouldn't be there. No bedside manner. We definitely can't do that in the hospital so why at an urgent care? The medication he said he was going to prescribe, he didn't. Lies. The last time I came, my appointment was honored and I saw an ARNP who was awesome! The clinic at that time seemed to flow when the ARNP was there. Yesterday was not it. I wouldn't advise anyone to make an appointment here. This location is a joke.

My experience at AdventHealth Central care was phenomenal. The front desk staff Maribel was very kind and patient during check-in while my daughter wasn’t feeling well. The nurse Albeny Was very attentive to my daughter, She walked me through the plan of treatment so that I felt comfortable with my 2 year old. We would definitely go back!

Staff was friendly, doctor was knowledgeable, my problem was taken care of within an hour, but DITCH THE MASKS, they have been proven not to help anything, also nothing on the website stating they required masks, ok for the staff, but not the patients unless they choose to, kind of disappointed since they seem to be a Christian place with scripture everywhere, springs that requirement on you when you arrive.

My husband had a migraine. We usually go to another urgent care but they were booked. I'm so glad we were sent across the street to Adventhealth. Dr. Levi explained to us that his mother also had migraines so he totally understood the pain. We were in and out within an hour. I just want to thank the whole staff for how nice they treated my husband.

This office has such lovely and kind people. Levi, David and Chyann treated me today. I especially appreciate Levi, he is such a kind and personable provider. Many thanks to all but especially Levi for treating and resolving my problem
