Came in for Extreme Anxiety and panic attacks. Was passed along to Mental Health Professional who lied about contacting a facility and assuring me an appointment. After telling Dr. Rola that I had already been to the facility and they could not schedule me until 2 weeks later, he then prescribes 2 pills to "cover me" until my appointment. In cases of crippling anxiety everyday, 2 pills is basically a slap in the face. I had the paperwork from the facility stating my appointments. I followed all of the procedures. The mental health facility referred me to the ER I was treated as if I was looking for drugs when I was looking for help and I paid $300, for 1 night of short term relief. I felt that I as not fully listened to and not cared about. No, it may not have been life threatening, but it was affecting my life to a point of not being able to work and function in social situations, which does threaten how I live my life and pay my bills.
